DJ, you're talking way too much in loops tbh.
You're saying you can't afford to pvp. As far as I know, you can fit out a frig for around 3-400k, and a frig is enough for pvp. If you loose it, it's barely gonna cost you anything.
You've had at max 400m? Stop loosing ships and spending your isk on stuff you don't need. I've been playing since the start of this year, and I have more than a billion in wallet and assets.
You also say that you fit out your ships using 50m on mods. I can fit out a t1 battleship for around 2-6m, and most of the isk is used on guns. Everything else costs less than a mil. If you can't win with t1 fitted ships, you need better tactics and fittings, not more isk and sp. I'll loose about 45 mil if I loose a t1 fitted BS (insurance+difference between insurance payout and market price+mods), which I can earn back in 1 day npc'ing in 0.0.
You also say you can't live in 0.0 because your too stubborn / annoying, but that's entirely your own fault.
You not having fun is again entirely your fault. Jump into a frig, find a way to 0.0, and start dieing.

Empire gives a waste opportunity to reap in huge profits. There were and maybe still are ppl who bring in each day <400 mil isk just by trading npc goods. Other ppl ran agentmissions day in day out for maybe 50 mil or more and others like myself spend a few hours daily producing some ships (purely supplied by market minerals) and reaping in nice turnovers and profits.
Isk in eve just depends on the amount of time you invest or how smart you approach the whole problem.
Without getting to personal i would suggest further that you take a look on the recruiting forums, some 0.0 corps recruit so if you dont make the step out of empire chances are high its you limiting your own progress.
P.S. if you have played for that amount of time your wealth is really hillarious and you maybe should have used the options the old cfs offered or specced more towards "empire living". Im glad they finally nerfed all the "i have 2 mil skp in raven and missiles im uber" pilots so they must train as many skills as others to be "good in doing agents".

lol i did thata few times well today i got podded well when i was making instajumps from the blood rader station to gate so my raven is still at that station have to go get it noew and when i did i fergot to set a safer distandce and ended up in pf-346 and i got my shuttle blown up and then i got out but had to pay 10mil atleast its better then paying ANOTHER 11.4mil isk for another clone after i allready did today once. man what a pain. the thing thats really a pain even thoue i dont use implants is that my clone cost 11.4mil to hold my sp i currently have 153 skills and 23,224,677 skill points

Uhh. no offence as i really didnt read anyone elses replys after the orignal poster but, wasnt there a big ammount of people *****ing about the uber ways to make money on level 4 agent missions?
and btw its not hard to make money in eve, and money doesnt give you more power over people who dont ha ve as much as you, i live in 0.0 and the last time i tried to make isk was last october.

not exactly but ther are poweer lines like 20 feetor more far from house, but i have a power coed that powes a light that i have on at night that actualy my head is on sines it runs down my bed to the ground then to wall so my head tuches it, btw if its not to bother what therory are u trying to test?

Daniel have you ever tried mission running at all?
My most expensive ship is a 5m caracal. I am just over 2 months old i didn't actively play for 3-4 weeks of it. I have 780mil. I have only done level 1 and 2 missions, i tried a level 3 but i got crushed. IF you have been playing for almost 2 years and max you had was 400mil you are doing something incredibly wrong. Being a carebear (although incredibly boring) in empire can make you just a ton of cash. I would move to 0.0 but I don't have the sps to survive at all. You are doing something incredibly wrong. (Try mission running, yes even after the nerf it is still good)

My corp is mostly freelancers which means for the most part people do industry and mining. And sure we are all pretty new so we don't have large amounts of cash, but take my CEO for example, he has played a little over a year and has over 6billion (apparently) so it is possible to make lots in Empire.
And Catholic Priest? 780 million from agent running? I need to change agent! I spent 5 or more hours agent running last night with level 2 and only got about 3.5/4million |

I used to make 20m/hour running trade routes in Empire.
I checked after the Cold War patch and my old route is now 1 jump shorter, so that would mean even more cash per hour!
I also put up large buy orders in one system, move what I buy 2 jumps (one is low sec, admittedly) and sell it for around a 40% markup. It's another easy money maker for me.
There's plenty of easy money to be made in Empire if you're not lazy....

Sorry but u got it all wrong DJ, there are lot of empty 0.0 regions. Take Period Basis as an example its currently claimed and held by BoB, you could offer them to pay a tax and start out with your 0.0 adventure. If they accept the offer you could learn alot by living down there as they are amongst the best pvpers.
All we 0.0 folk want to see is some balls, some clever thinking and effort. Sitting in some completely safe place, hoping all the rewards come to you... its not gonna work like that.

ya sure what ever i killed 1 of the bob members and almost killed enother in likr 4 vs 1 was i was getting gnaked befor i died i killed 1 megathron and almost the apoc that were from bob
