ok ya carebare empire corps are alot poorer then what most pvpers actualy beleve, what ive herd is that most pvp corps that in alliances in 0.0 etc they give members ships and battleships for free
Well ok well our carebare corps well building a battleship is like building a titan or a dreadnaut, for yall 0.0 corps, thats probly something that u havent putted into the equasion.
see ive been playiung eve since augest 6th 2003 hiest ammount of isk i ever had was almost 400mil. ok well now i have 52mil ok.
well see we actualy have to eather buy or make our ships eather way we still have to buy the zydrene and megacyte, etc any way, and if u dont make them u have to buy the ship witch cost around atleast 115mil JUST FOR THE SHIP! and the fittings = like over 50mil isk more, + u have to add the ammo + 100% insurence cost YET 33mil isk and u only get 109mil back so that assround over 200mil isk gone right there
in that stuff u payed for and if u want better items well u have to spend more if u want the best items all its gonna cost u arouns atleast over 600mil just for the ships setup
but we empire corps well we dont even get that much takes atleast a few months to get 100mil depends how meny players u got that who been playing for a wile. well we got mostly new players any way.
what im saying is that we empire corps cant get money fast, so we cant really afford pvp, no matter how much some empire corps do want to pvp etc. now if we had more ice miners then ok getting isk fast would be easy, cause 2 large barges with 3 ice harvesters and the skills on 5 well makes about 100mil every 12 houres if u refine the ice then sell its ice products.
any way i think we shold have some petty or something cause the game is not that fun for us as it is for yall.
and for somepeople like me are cursed to live in empire cause we cant fit in any 0.0 corps cause being annoying and or stubbern, and sometimes dont feel things is right and or we may not listen to orders eather cause what they make us do makes us feel offended in a way or cause we are busy, or cause we have a plan, or cause we dont want to. and other reasons.
any way people like that and like me are cursed to live in empire and in certain corps just because of that right ther our issues and problums. and witch members have to adapt to us.
and we actualy work hard like every momet we dont really get to have fun its really just work work work work just TOO have fun. and that work takes months not like for yall witch can take a day or less or not even at all. so sometimes when we say we like mining, thats probly because thats fun cause it gives us money fast aso we CAN buy our stuff AND so we CAN have fun.
any way i feel that i am talking in loops here, so if any 1 has any comments at all about this please post them here.

You forgot to mention that pvpers tend to lose alot of isk on a regular basis, while carebears rarely even need to insure their bs.
Also how are you cursed to living in empire??? There is plenty of spots in 0.0 that are quite quiet to npc in or even mine if that floats your boat.

Its easy. All you need instant Bms, comon sence and tactics.
Dont sit in one spot to long and trust noone. Alliances cant kill what they cant see.
Only lost a single destroyer in several months when came back from taking a shower and forgot to check local before undocking

ya but heres what fun about 0.0.
1) good bounty npcs and possably good loot too.
2) good ore thats if u know were it is and if u have instas of corse and u can able to mine it
3) u can kill people with out concord or sentrys defending u but its also bad cause if the odds arnt on your side then your mostly doomed.
and the hardest part isa u have to make the instajumps withs u can get cought in the process and takes a long time to do

easy we do all the time just for a change os scenery 
how to do it solo:
just find a quite spot get some insta's and get up there while it's quite with a travel fit, find a station refit for npc, goto a system miles from nowhere live there a few weeks, reverse for comming back.
with a whole corp:
Fit for pvp, kill anything on the way kick the locals out system is yours (not quite as easy as it sounds but it is possible)

Dear DJ, if you have had 400m in your wallet, you should have been a real carebear and made money the easy way.
It's called... Buy/Sell orders, PE5 and checking your orders / factories every day. I think when I did that kinda stuff I could turn that 400m of yours into 1b in a week or 3. And that's without trying really hard and without sitting in a belt mining at all! :)
Actually, I only logged on that toon 5-10 mins every day. :)

mining skills lev 5 skills, missle skills, refining skills, ship skills, learnuing skills, engering skills, electronic skills etc

back on topic,
If you are nice to the alliances, and take the time to talk to some of their ranking members, you'll find that it's fairly easy to get into 0.0 and make a lot of cash.
It does take planning though.

Maybe a full set of spoons and other utensils.
But really, they're nice people, believe it or not. It's just that there has to be something in it for them as well, it has to be a synergistic relationship.

Daniel doesnt get the basic premise that to get to an understanding with someone smarter and more powerfull, you need to create them a win-win situation.
And anyway Daniel, your behaviour ingame does not really spark people's desires to cooperate with you if you catch my drift.
Anyway, if it takes your corp a months to make 100 million then they either havent gotten further then ibises yet or they play 5 minutes per day on average. Making isk in empire is easy, but requires time or a brain. Either of the two will get you 100 mill in a week.

I have pvped almost all my EVE career bar the first 2 months. I havent made much isk overall but have have a few BS and back up equipment etc the loot from my pvp kills has made me self suffiecent and I can easily fund any losses i take. If i had spent have the time i have spent hunting and fighting carebearing in empire i would have 5 bil plus.
LVl 4 Agent missions and even mining for trit with 2.8 per trit, and mining barges etc etc. Empire is much easier and safer to make isk, which is why its much much more poplutalted than 0.0. Mega and zynd are so cheap nowadays. anyways. And u will find that most PVP outfits arent given free ships by alliances and usually have to fund their own losses.
I think u are suffering from the grass is greenier outersidier syndromier. Why dont u join a PVP corp and see how much isk u make
