Should RPers even try?
I've been told that due to 'conflicts of interest' or somesuch, RPers have pretty much ensured they will never be a part of AURORA.
I don't fully believe the person who made this statement, is it true?

Heh, ok. I should hope you aren't speaking for all the Blood Raider RP corporations (Crimson Guard, Blood Inquisition etc.) who have sacrificed so much to continue thier RP with the Sani Sabik.

Well, with any event team, your main design decisions stem from the tools you have to manipulate the environment. I fondly remember the tricks me and my team would pull in NWN to trick the players and the software....
However, working within the confines of your tools can be limiting. In NWN you could upgrade your tools, change scripts, and such to ensure you had what you need. In an MMO framework this is very difficult.....
Here's hoping CCP takes some steps to make things easier for those out there trying to utilize the very limited tools availible.....

I've been an RP gamer for quite some time, and didn't think such a thing existed in EVE. Can someone perhaps post a link with guidelines/details of how such things are orchestrated here, please?
Not sure what to tell you, I'm afraid.  I've been looking for literally years now.
