Hello everyone,

45 mil SP split between Amarr and Minmatar Combat ships. Perfect gunnery support skills, all relevant combat ships flown exceptionally well. ALL sizes of Amarr ships including T3, Dreads, T2 BSs. All sizes of Minmatar up to Battleship (BC biggest hull size). Eveboard tells it all.
Some noteworthy highlights include:
- 12.3 mil SP in Gunnery Alone
- Remap and char RESCULPTURE available
- Able to fly Angel ships
- High enough standings for both pirate epic arcs
- Jump Drive Cal V
- Amarr Dread related skills to IV
- Marauders IV
- Large variety of exploration related skills at V
- Minmatar Frig, Cruiser V
- Amarr Frig, Cruiser, BS V
Now for the formalities:
- Char is sitting in a high sec station and NPC corp (Nakugard system)
- Sec status is -2.6
- Wallet balance is positive
- No kill rights
Starting bid: 12 bil
B/O: 25 bil or reasonable offer

I would much rather deal with ISK, but a character trade wouldn't be out of the question if it was a good deal.
