I.e. Moons are worth less than the neighboring low-sec, there are very few strategic objectives worth holding in Providence. It's also a little harder for the ""renters"" (Note we don't charge any rent, just using the term based on what a renting corporation would be looking to achieve) because Providence is the most accessible region in the game. 4 (5 if you count 2js thru catch from HED) empire entry points, and the entirety of Providence is accessible via lowsec cynos, and is the most exposed region in the game in terms of number of systems/coverage where you can jump from empire space to providence. Not to mention the amount of people who exploit our NRDS policy to use neutral alts for setting up kills/hauling/scouting. For the Average Grunt though and small corporations it provides Military 5 systems, plexing, mining opportunities in upgraded systems, for absolutely no cost. It isn't lol broken truesec fountain/delve good, but still provides grunts the ability to mine ABC ores and run forsaken hubs as well as decent complex sites. It's a great place for testing the waters and getting the first taste of 0.0 life and whether or not your corporation wishes to plan to move to greener 0.0 pastures in the future.
