Likely the same person, and likely a RMTer. So for those of you who are hopelessy addicted to Ganking you have a 100 or more Mackinaws waiting to be popped. P.S. I'll be happy to provide warp in just to watch a RMTer burn in hell.

Even with a few alts it has taken most who get that much years to do. This totally breaks the rule of Risk vs Reward. Even if you destroyed his entire fleet it wouldn't even affect his wallet, and he would be up and running again by the end of the day.
