How would you design a tech2 shuttle?
What extra features over a normal one would it have? :s ---------------

I want them to nerf the **** out of the ones we have and make techs IIs that enable you to do the same job shuttles do now but at like 500K or 1 mill a pop. so nerf tech 1 and make tech 2 like the tech 1s are now.

Tech 2 Shuttles, able to carry other pod pilots as well, think of the money you could make from just shuttling lazy miners around eve, or even shuttling convicts into high sec space so they dont get pod killed for being naughty.

Make it like Iterons lol.
Shuttle I = the same they r now with less speed maybe.
Shuttle II = a bit better
and Shuttle V = teh uber l33t with good speed and big cargo
Not t2 :/

Tech2 shuttles should have 8 low slots so you can be cool and use 8 wcs!!

T2 shuttles should look awesome, move faster, mount 1 rocket launcher (for missile defense, although with the missile patch an their sig radius, theyd take like 2 damage anyway), 80%+ resistance to all dmg types, armor an shields, have 30 cargo space, warp even faster, and.... be immune to warp bubbles (hahahaha!) _____________________________ Honor Glory And Strength! I wouldn't.
Ok, I'd give it 2-3x speed and a cargo bay of 100. I'd also put out a small tiny NPC outlet and put the BPOs on all the reasearch skills that DO NOT have anything predictable (Astronautic Engineering for example). -- If TC causes you discomfort that you feel is unwarranted or may be outside TC's current contract - contact me, please.

how much dev time does it take to balance a non combat ship.
Just changing database entry and modifying the skin.
Changing the skin is easy, select the colored area, change chroma...voila.
Tech 2 shuttles with 1 mid and one low, dedicated scout ships.

not to start a new tread on this, but the ares really is a good shuttle.
1: it has a lot of cargo (for a shuttle) 2: try catching me on other side of gate with 4X nanofiber on my ship 3: with small capacitor expander you can warp over long distances at a high speed (13.5 au). 4: you are allready faster than shuttle, but with mwd (and nano) you can easily and i mean easily outrun inty. 5: fit a cloak on it

Half the speed of a T1 Shuttle Twice the HP of a T1 Shuttle 1 high slot that is neither for turrets or launchers no mid or slow slots 1000 CPU 1 PG
And a new model, something like a Sansha's Nation type look.

Make an Interbus faction shuttle that has a jumpdrive with extreme long range. I think that would be kinda neat. ---
