Maybe I've been playing too much lately, but I had a dream about EVE that was far too realistic. I awoke from a deep slumber in a panic almost... I was short of breath and my heart was throbing... I faintly remembered hearing jumpgates fire and the hum of my sensor boosters...
The worst thing about terrible nightmare, is that it all happened so fast and I couldn't control my ship or what it did (worse than usual  ). There was also a red sun with a face on it.
Any one else ever have dreams about EVE? Perhaps some cute ladies dream of me running through a field of lime jello or somethin'?
PS- Please spare me any psychoanalytic nonsense, and do not try to discern the symbolic meaning of my dream... I want to hear about other peoples dreams only!

This has happened to me quite a few times for various games, and I feel like such a loser every time it does. 
I can't give any details, because I forget the specifics of my dreams very quickly, but whenever I've gone on a binge of a certain game (DAoC, Planetside, City of Heroes, EVE... even FPS's like counter-strike and day of defeat) I usually have some kind of dream about, especially if I go to bed immediately after some kind of intense playing session.
Lame, I know

after my 30 hour alpha session a couple years back I dreamed of EVE, EVE and mining....

Back in the dark ages when I actually played Eve with sound turned on, I used to hear that damned "evemail received" noise everywhere I went. At work, at home, in the car, in the pub.
Drove me batty.

A couple, can't remember any of hem, bu I've had dreams about other games such as planetside (*geh*), Tribes 2, and I've even had dreams about Lumines during this roadtrip.

I dreamed I warped into a blob in my Eagle and got podded without a clone. Woke up in a sweat and immediately logged on to check...I wasn't..thank god!

I realise this is pretty screwed up, because at least two of these people I know for a fact are guys in RL, but damn... if Eve was actually real... then... RAWR!

It's the end of the XETIC contract. There are 24 hours left. I have a ton of loot in Kemerk. So I get into a Bestower (that I don't have the skills for) stack about 1 billion ISK of loot in the hold and undock to take it all back to HQ. I hit the autopilot because for some reason I don't have an insta from the station (yeah, right) and come out of warp... and there are five XETIC battleships on the gate!!
My Bestower goes boom and then my pod won't warp because Jodax is there in his Retribution scrambling me. I think, "OMG! Not only did I lose a ship, I lost an indy and now I'm going to be podded. OMFG, this is going to be all over EVE-O!!! Wait a minute... I can't even fly a Bestower... Is this-"
And, then, my heart pounding, I woke up.
That has been my one and, thank God, ONLY dream about EVE ever.

I've had quite a few EVE related dreams, mostly when dreaming of something completely different a megathron comes flying from nowhere and starts shooting stuff for no apparent reason.
Also couldn't sleep one evening and went into the kitchen and looked out the window and saw this motocycle going very very fast past the street infront of my appartment and the first thing I thought: "That thing must have a MWD on"
Taking a couple of seconds to realize what I just said ... outloud

Worry about the lingo slipping in to your ever day vocab. I actualy typed out "ftw" in an email to a co worker. Thank God for spell check.

Now THAT is weird. The night I have my first EVE dream, Trev posts about one...
I had a dream where I chased Thon Eney through 20 systems of 0.0, only to have him despawn.

I have had nightmares at times...
The night that I lost my first scorpion ever, I had nightmares that I was alone in a scorpion in querious running from a herd gank squad (go figure) in my battleship and I ....just....couldn't...turn....around....to....re-warp...fast.....enough...before
getting scrambled by their tacklers.

My drink was spiked on Friday night and when I got home in the early hours all I could think about was EVE. I tried sleeping, only I would be half awake, half flying a pod around my room.

I once mined for 24 hours. I then went to sleep and dreamed I was mining for another 16 hours. Very boring dream and I was disappointed that I didn't have a ****load of ore when I woke up :/.
I've had other dreams about eve but I don't recall them.

I had to chime in. Like some of the other posters, I've had the odd dream after an intense or lengthy session in a game. The dream that weirded me out was on the night of the Exodus deployment. I spent zero time in game. I spent that evening (and the following couple days) working the forums.
Yes, I dreamed about the forums going nuts and eating me.
One of the strangest dreams I have ever had.

Good Question, and yes i think i've had three.
Only one dreams really stands out. That is me running about in a fleet being chased around huge amount of systems... finally in the end, made a final stand at the station.
Wierd, but entertaining dream.

There is a category of dream familiar to most people, in which the individual is engaged in a repetitive task requiring mental arithmetic which changes and never quite works out, for example counting items the quantity of which constantly changes, etc.
Two words: fitting window.

I've had dreams of opening loot cans with 100 arbalest sieges in (pre-patch) or dread items that seemed to restock themselves in the loot can when you put them in your hold.
Sadly the last 2 times I did Gurista Extravaganza I got named 75mm hybrids instead.

Think EVE is the only game I've had this with, but somehow I tend to dream about my deimos a lot, maybe it's cause I don't get to play during the week. I miss my love.

I dreamed about Eve this morning, I had a Rattlesnake and lost it to Concord, then CCP wouldnt reimburse me, my girlfriend appeared and said she breaks up because I destroyed the Rattlesnake.
