This not a work of art. You spend SP in Indy Trade and Social and PI here those points could have gone elsewhere.. No Controlled burst to V or Surg strike to V Otherwise he is a solid toon and needs a little work like all toons do |

cheers, but your analysis is inaccurate and heres why
what little waste there is, can be generally related to the off-branch of missioning called R&D, netting passive income once sufficient standing is reached. the ratio of waste is somewhere around 1%, typical with other highly specialized characters on market right now
this character shows a proper balance between ship and gun skill training to payoff, and is a little bit "bottom heavy" as we like to call it, referring to a bulk of skills in ship command, all you are noticing is a common place tendancy to overtrain gunnery to ship command ratio, mine is more properly balanced
while 14b might be a viable b/o in your opinion, based on skill alone, this char also comes with over 4b value in implants alone, bringing net cost even by your flawed logic, somewhere around 18b (which happens to be the reserve i set)
but again, cheers for bringing that weak sauce appraisal to the table, senior random  |
