Hey I need help on a lvl 4 Guristas Spies...
What should I expect? What should I kit?
Is there anyone near Isenarios that wants to help?

Off the top of me head. theres 3 groups.
3x900k ravens + 1x condor (or similar type ship)
1x900k raven + 3 spies (~100k moas)
1x1.1mil raven + 500k scorp, + couple of moas, some frigs.
I use my cerb mainly for lvl4 missions, can easily tank the dmg. So i kill all the frigs + cruisers then jump in my raven with 5 bcu's and mild tank, and use torps to get the job done quickly.
tanking kinetic is a good idea, theres a lot of jugg torps and scourge heavies gonna come your way.

A single Raven, with 6 siege and shield tank, along with 2x 125mm tech 2 rails + a bay full of light drones can easily do this mission.

What should an Armagedon fit for this? I'd use an apoc, but I don't have one. :p

kinetic hardners and megabeams probobly, most of the battleships like to stay away (or megapulse with microwave)

I managed to pull off completing this in my Raven without so much as touching my shield booster.
My setup is nothing special either, 6x T2 Siege, 1x Heavy Beam 2, 1x C5-L XL, 1x Boostamp, 2x Kinetic Amp, 1x Gist B-Type Thermal, 1x Cap 2, 4x PDU2 and 1x BCU1. Oh, and lets not forget the Vespa 2s either!
Got down to about 15~20% shield at one point, but I managed to *struggle* through and resist the urge to prod my shieldbooster to life.
