Nothing shady here, i'm seen 100 posts where ppl say that the buyer pays for xfer, and nobody is saying that is against the rules, but fine, i'll pay for xfer, then prices goes up also.

IN GAME BIDS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
And last bid was 2.2B
anything over 2.2 B will not be required to pay any extra for Xfer.
