im getting ****ED my main is AshrakTheWhite and i cant log
him on ... period nowehrre no how last time it took 30
minutes ... now i want either a refund or for the damn
servers to be rebooted / whatevered since im loosing
money here ... which is your fault (CCP)

Yep, stuck in Scolluzer. Logged in an alt to petition it, only to get an autoresponder telling me that the GM tools are broken and they can't move me.
Great.

you COULD hit the restart button .... im shure noone owuld mind loosing 15 min of gametime .. since we allready lost bout what ... 4 hours?

within the hor would be preferable
cant login anywhere ... moved out of jita when i got on (30 min) then went for a dock and guess what .. black screen since yay!
since i dont have a skill training .... time is money ... and CCP is taking mine away
ooh i got a new game for you! how bout you pay 15Eur a month and watch a black loading screen for it

I wonder if they realize how important of a system Scolluzer is. They got 60 people that are having technical difficulties right now. And thats just in scolluzer. I bet if it was Oursulaert they would fix it right away.

im a new player (2 weeks) and have also become "stuck" in scolluzer - is EVE support really that bad that i might as well stop waiting and just go bed?

Honestly tangerine- i have always had good experience with eve support, today is something i hav e never experienced and am extremely frustrated- other then the unable to log in thing a few weeks back

It's about bloody time: they should have done a reboot when it was apparent that there was a problem affecting a lot of players - not several hours later.

As is the nature of any MMO, the servers occasionally come down. Yes it can be annoying, but a few hours of downtime is also something any MMO subscriber should be able to deal with by now. No game of this type is online 24/7/365, and expecting it to be is simply unreasonable. Problems do happen and they get fixed as soon as they can be (whoever thinks resetting the servers is a matter of "hitting the reset button" is sadly uninformed), so put down your pitchforks and quit whining about wanting a refund. A little patience will take you a long way, certainly much further than four hours' worth of a monthly subscription.

Actually bored out of my tiny waiting to login I started moseying around Eve-online and found my way to their corporate website. Nice to see where our hard earned cash is going on professional chefs, bambi hunting and general fun.
I don't mind CCP if you provide a reliable service but the downtimes, the delayed restarts the frequent "updates" are beginning to get annoying.
Sort out your priorities, rather than keep introducing changes to the systems,in the short time I have been a user you have introduced 2 or 3 patches, each of which has been problematic and for the past 3 or 4 days the system has been lagged to hell. Its not an execuse that your network connections to the internet are to blame. Fix the problems, build a tolerant network and get a stable system. I for one would like to play the game when I want to! Then you can invest in shooting galleries, cordon bleu cooking or all night parties for all I care.

No one is complaining or moaning about a few hours of downtime, or expecting the game to be 24/7/365 you patronising person, i accept that the game is complex and it is not just a case of pushing a button.
However, this whole thread could have been helped by a one line up-date about 2 hours ago, we don't expect you to perform miracles, we would simply like a little information as to what is happening, rather than leaving this number of people with unanswered petitions,

Yes also stuck in Nonni, was very laggy this morning...PST time. 30-60 seconds stuck in a fight where I could hear things happening just not do anything about them. That was interesting.
