Hi guys.
I have spent most of my EVE time in lowsec and hisec and I was thinking of taking my SB pilot to check out 0.0.
Now I really don't know much about it other then there is no security at all and gate camps are alot more nasty because of bubbles.
My question is what would be a good system to start in? I heard there is some NPC 0.0 systems out there that have stations you can dock at compared to player owned ones.

Dont warp directly to gates from other gates and youll be just fine. Dont panic when you see a gate camp or get a dictor bubble dropped on you. Use the 30 second gate invuln/cloak to your advantage. Learn to cloak and war very quickly, and using the MWD/cloak will help you if you get caught immensely. Youll be fine.
Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings? |

When it is safe to do so, make bookmarks to gates from different celestials which are not in the same direction as other gates, just cause a system is safe then, when you are moving about later it may not be. Also get bombing bookmarks made on the gates in your target area.
If you have a scanning alt, find a wh with a link to a deep and quiet 0.0 system, this way you can avoid most choke points and be a rather big pain to hunt and track. |

What is your purpose to go to 0.0? PVP? Rat? Just explore?
For the most time you wont be able to PVP in a SB if you dont have a tackler with you. I'd rather take something fast like an interceptor or a frig, the taranis is a great soloroamer. If you jump a gate with a gatecamp on the other side just overload your MWD and reapproach the gate, 95% of the times youll be just fine.
NPC owned 0.0 tend to have more experienced PVPers. If i where you I'd go to TEST space 3-FKCZ or something, and start from there. 3-FKCZ is almost never camped and the TEST alliance tend to have a wide range of unexperienced PVPers thats very eager to engage! *props for that*

If u hae a scout be good. Use the tricks mentioned in previuos post. Go to outer ring, easy to get to, then make your way to fountain. |
