Just a few hours ago, pilots from the CFC supporting the rightful ownership of the Minmatar race by the Amarrian Empire, as well as general anarchists, attempted to attack a Tempest Tribal Issue in Eystur. The fleet, lead by our veteran Warr Akani, should have been enough to destroy any ship that can enter high security. (And, if they had been in low security, they would have easily been able to kill a capital warship.)
They all died.
Scans of the aforementioned Tribal Tempests revealed that there was highly advanced technology fitted to those ships. Ships flown by Capsuleers. This technology seems to be similar to that used by CONCORD DED vessels. Technology that should be restricted by treaty to DED only.
We call for an immediate investigation as to how this advanced technology fell into the hands of Minmatar capsuleers. Is CONCORD giving material assistance to the Minmatar fleet in violation of treaty? Should the Amarrians be worried?
Another item of interest is the response time of CONCORD. Warr Akani stated it was much faster than would have been expected for the security status of that system. Did DED abandon or lessen coverage on other systems in the cluster to ensure they would have more support in the Republic? If so, GSF believes this also violates the treaty.
We demand answers. Staff Writer: themittani.com -á If you are going anywhere else to get your Eve News, you are wrong.

Good evening Miss Vea,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Keraimo Hakanuro. I act as Chief Investigating Officer for the Inner Circle's Internal Affairs Department, with the CONCORD Assembly.
I would like to emphasize a few key points before I speak regarding your issue.
First, your friends fired on a member of the government of the Minmatar Republic. Second, they did this within the Republic's sovereign space. Third, they did so illegally, under both the Yulai Convention and Republic Law. Fourth, in retrospect, this was a very foolish thing to do which cost your organization a lot of hardware and a lot of lives.
Now, moving on to your allegations:
The DED had been alerted by the Matari Tribal Council of their intent to have their delegates travel tonight. In fact, we were given over a month of notice. Of course, the DED were not aware of Goonswarm Federation's status as Imperial Loyalists. This will be amended and added to our records.
In the same respect, DED vessels within Heimatar, operating within the bounds of their duties as outlined in the Yulai Convention, were instructed to be vigilant of any disturbances along the routes in question. Their response times to a disturbance of this nature were entirely normal and given your need to complain, were as expected, effective enough to defuse the situation.
With regards to the technology used on board the vessels involved. The CONCORD Assembly is joint funded by all four of the major sovereign powers as a peacekeeping force. The most solid and reliable technologies from all four empires are put to good use to build and maintain our fleet as well as keeping it at the cutting edge of combat capability. Our technologies are created partially from the technologies you saw in use this evening. As a graduate of the School of Applied Knowledge you should know this.
The individuals piloting the vessels in question were capsuleers. On that point you were correct. These capsuleers however are highly trained pilots who have served with the Matari government or military for decades in some instances, and are licensed to use both conventional and prototype military hardware under CONCORD regulation.
It would appear that you are confused as to the political situation, and I'm glad I could clear that up for you. In terms of this evening's events, it's unfortunate that your organization saw fit to attempt to disrupt what was a peaceful gathering to celebrate a long awaited and extremely significant turning point in the Republic.
I have to say that I take personal pride in seeing that justice was served, and seeing that those who stepped out of line were put in their place.
In response to your request - there will be no investigation, and even the thought of such an action is a ridiculous notion. With that in mind, be warned that should your fellow pilots choose to breach the Yulai Convention in future, they will be put firmly in their place again.
Regards,
K.H. |

Secondly, DED also uses Jovian Tech, if I am not mistaken. And part of the agreement to use Jovian Tech is that it not be shared. I've seen (and used) modules from all for empires that are used in their navy shps, as well as pirate faction modified modules. Heck, I've even used modules modified specifically for officers of said pirate factions. Never have I come across modules of that potency before. Based on the fact that they were able to be fitted on a battleship (with a comparably low reactor output to say, a carrier) that leads me to conclude they were Jovian in nature. Minmatar pilot, afloat in his pod, Oh what things do you love of the things you applaud? Oh cannon rounds, cannon rounds, burst bright in the night! The plasma and fire and the Goonswarm in flight!
Minmatar Chief, to Council abound, Oh what sights warm your heart when you look around? The rockets, the rockets, the flare and the heat! The billows of smoke at the GoonswarmGÇÖs defeat!
Goonswarm pilot, afloat in the tank, What love you the least, if you had to be frank? The Rust-fleet, the Rust-fleet! The terror of night! That hell-clad harbinger, that mother of fright! No succor from Mittens, just ruin and waste! At least you can brag of how quick theyGÇÖre replaced.

You're mistaken.
So are you.
If Miss Vea's comments on the actions of a few of our pilots lead you to assume that our entire organization are Imperial Loyalists, and you don't immediately dismiss that as laughable in light of our...colorful...history, than I'm forced to assume that maybe the CONCORD's Intelligence division isn't all it's cracked up to be.
'Course, with that little sneak attack in Yulai a few years back, maybe there's some truth to that.
In any case, as part of and on behalf of GSF leadership, I'd like to make sure the record is straight. The alignment and loyalties, or lack thereof, of our membership do not represent the alignment of our organization. At this time, GSF remains independent and unaligned. Should that change in the future, you'll be the first to know. Interesting, considering that there was probably about a dozen or so Imperial loyalists as part of that escort fleet. The Empire supports the CONCORD assembly & follows it's laws. Meditate on that for a bit. EvE Forum Bingo |

She landed on the gate & called FIRE! nervously, She thought she would win, but the target disagreed.

Amazing, what happened next. Unbelivabe, what took place: Tears! Goon tears! Streamed down her face!

Please, the #YOLOCOLO has done more for the Amarr in driving back the Minmatar lately than your CVA sympathizing corp has done since you got kicked out. Nobody expected to kill the Tribal Fleet Tempests, in fact, even if they were completely untanked, we would not have suceeded in making them explode. The intent was not one of assasination, but a declaration of war against the Matari war machine and all who would support it. While the Matari tribal leaders met in Pator to discuss unity, less than 10 jumps away Minmatar terrorists were out hunting for Amarr to blow up. Peace between tribes does not mean peace between empires.
When the unified Matari front comes crashing down on your doorsteps and you look to us for help, I hope you remember denouncing us. Of course, we won't turn our backs out of convenience like you are now, we will help, and will continue to do all we can for the Empire. If you truly have nothing to do with us, perhaps you can answer for the times that your very own Aldrith Shutaq has shared in the explosions of Matari ships with us or the coordinated efforts in turning back the Minmatar we have enjoyed with the pilots of PIE Inc.
If being an Imperial Loyalist means you hide behind a veil of beuracracy and lies caring about no more than image, then you and CVA are the biggest "Imperial Loyalists" to ever exist. However, I like to think that being an Imperial Loyalist means that you care more about the realities the Amarr face rather than their public image. Captain Feldman, I suggest you take a hold of yourself, I really don't see where this is coming from. My reply is for amarrian loyalists to be placed in the same bag as a Goonswarm fleet acting as terrorists and trying to take down the representative of one of the Tribes. As far as I can see, nor you belong to Goonswarm in any way, nor should feel related to what I have said for it wasn't intended to you. Thus, never have I denounced your organization, of which, by the way, I know nothing. So, sorry, you're not the center of the universe, at least not mine.
As for peace between the empires, obviously it is not a consequence of peace between the tribes. At least not a direct consequence. It can be, in time, if this new approach changes matari international politics.
When the Matari front comes crashing down, they'll find me in the frontlines, where I have been tonight while they gathered. I've been working in trying to secure Arayar, which as of two days ago was vulnerable, and thanks to the efforts of the Praetoria pilots among others, the system is now clearly more secure. To your next claim, I have nothing to do with you, and I don't speak for Commander Shutaq, thus I don't know his intentions or take on this issue.
I wonder why you keep mentioning the Curatoris? I must admit I know no pilot in their ranks, nor have flown with them ever, thus I don't know why you keep linking them to me. Care to explain? And as for being kicked out of any "CVA sympathizing corporation", which would that be? I've only flown with the Imperial Navy, and now with the Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris, of which I haven't been kicked. As for "hiding behind a veil of bureaucracy", being an amarrian loyalist isn't an excuse for acts of terrorism or manslaughter that are uncalled for. I am a soldier, I act on my orders, that's all: which, actually, mean to continue my efforts in the Bleak Lands and not to mingle with the internal affairs of other sovereign nations.
I am glad you fight for the Empire and the Empress, though you clearly fail to understand a lot of our society. Blood does indeed amount a lot in the Empire, for example.
All in all, I believe this is completely uncalled for, out of place, and you should clarify as to why what I said has anything remotely to do with you. As well as your other claims on my persona. Sepherim Catillah Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris Initiate Ex-Imperial Navy Imperator Commander |

As a student capsuleer, along with studying the art of spaceship piloting, I do take more than a passing interest in the greater goings on in New Eden, especially when they occur so close to my home system.
This latest revelation of GSF botched operations, recalling the Asakai incident, leads me to speculate on the possibility of a GSF edict for member capsuleers to add Empire systems to autopilot avoidance lists. |

Alizabeth Vea wrote:Just a few hours ago, pilots from the CFC supporting the rightful ownership of the Minmatar race by the Amarrian Empire, as well as general anarchists, attempted to attack a Tempest Tribal Issue in Eystur.
