Dear Sirs,
We are writing to you on behalf of 600 Russian-speaking EVE-Online players; we are writing on behalf of an in-game alliance called "Red Alliance".
It saddens us to inform you that we seriously suspect a breach of EULA on your company's behalf. In more detail, we believe (and have proof) that some of the game support staff ("GMs") are directly helping certain players by affecting the server cluster. We would like to point-out that these are not technical difficulties or instability issues (which we have had, have, will have, and of course accept as part of the development process), but a direct interference from GMs.
Here are the list of (in-game) issues that we have noticed during the past 2 weeks:
1. Sovereignty has been lost in F-EM and M53 systems, although on many occasions Red Alliance had more POSs set up than the enemy. After filing an in-game petition asking to resolve this issue, the reply was that "GM's will not interfere in in-game matters".
2. Fuel and ammunition have "disappeared" from fully loaded POSs. Multiple petitions have been filed, none were answered.
3. The enemy synchronously attacking the POSs after the disappearance of the ammo. Either an exploit or an obvious interference from GM. Petitions ignored.
4. After general instability issues in there was lost of the ships in Cache Region. The support has acknowledged the problem, but ignored reimbursement requests.
5. Recent petition / reimbursement requests have been bluntly ignored.
6. At 23.072005 as the enemy was approaching Cache, and we were ready for them; the entire Cache region became blocked, effectively logging us out of the game. Those of us in other regions have asked for help from support, with no avail.
7. On 24.07.2005 our claim on system F-EM4Q dissapeared, even if we have at the moment 3! POS'es online and enemy have 1 offline. And making situation even worse, system is shown on a map as claimed by The Five Alliance.
As such we can only conclude, that either:
a) CCP is having serious technical issues b) CCP support staff (one or more GMs) are helping the enemies of Red Alliance. We do have information and name of the GM who is playing for ATUK, available on request to CCP CEO or CO-CEO.
Awaiting your prompt response and clarification to this issue;
Best regards,
RED ALLIANCE players.
