This being said, I'm definitely all for your taking the fight to the Gallente Federation. By all means sir, do as much damage as you can. And while the Federation deals with you, know that the Caldari State is one step closer to taking back what is rightfully ours due to YOUR actions. The empires technology will continue to be used and improved by thier enemies. This is a downward spiral that should be stopped.

The Guristas and Serpentis have more advanced battleships then thier empire counterparts simply becuase they have access to the resources to build them, and they take advantage of this.
