All I can say is that we are having a typical War-Topic here, with a lot of alt-like post, having uninteressant posts/flamming posts. That's a pain to read all these BS posts...that as far as I can read are from SA, RUS communicating with true characters. Due to these BS posts, being neutral of course, I tend to beleive RUS rather than SA. That makes me think to Fox News..."Hello, we spread BS! Beleive us!". (Flamming Expected) I expect more neutral posts. Wy not send some Polaris members as reporters? They're supposed to be neutral, they got good defence and are easy to recognize, so fighters can't make the mistake...That'd be really great and more beleivable than posts from any of the involved players. Reagrding RUS tactics...and ignoring any comment from SA supporters/members, what should they do? They are outnumbered, and the use the best tactic they can...It's easy to say "you got no balls" when you got 5 times more members...What will you do if it was the contrary? I'm sure they planned their attack at least 4 days before the announcement. And so? Any wise warrior prepares/plans its moves. Sorry for anonymous BS guys, but if you expected to see a 200 BS fleet that'd have destroyed all on its way within 2/3 hours you have watch too much movies...War is always long, information is always partial/incomplete. Anyway, I'm glad to see RUS creating some event ingame. SA is simply acting as a big capitalist corp...Even if it's most of the purpose of Eve, RUS has balls to attack bigger than them, without fearing to loose their ships. Do you need a good reason to make a war? Or better, do you need a justification to attack somebody...I think you need. Does this reason needs to be valid? No. It doesn't matter. Your purpose is not to communicate the truth. Your purpose is the war. Being in a war situation, nobody should matter to information but fight. Plus, do you think RUS will have taken 100K of each ore and stopped the war if SA gaved them? Don't you think it's more funny to fight real players, when you know you can afford some spare ships in order not to start the game from the begining ? I guess RUS had attacked anyway SA, even if they had payed. Why? Because it was a war declaration, and RUS shown us that ounce they say something, they did it. And for that I respect this corp, even if we won't play together or commerce together. Since the release, we have seen a lot of declaration, a lot of people saying "we'll kill U all"...I've also seen some Gallente declaring war to Amarr through noob corps...Does something like this war happened before? No... And all that only because too many people play have too seriously and with the only purpose to be the best in all the universe...Does it really matter? When you're the best, what do you earn? Just the power to buy all you want...Does it brings you some fun? Do you think mega-corps will really engage in a big war? Probably no, because they will fear to loose their place in the top 10... So the only way to make a corp war is the David vs Goliath war...This is the only condition to make the mega-corp accept to fight. SA can be as user friendly as RUS I think. But RUS probably thinks much to FUN and SA more to ISK... I do not blame SA...They got a lot of players and it should be hard to organize. But if I got the choice, I'll prefer to be in a smaller corp than in a 150+ player corp, where you become a number instead of a member.
