"HAHA DEATH TO THE M00 AND STAIN ALLIANCE!!!!

GO RUS GO GO GO!"

How pathetic.
I know very well how powerful RUS are(I've been talking to them and seen their battleships).
But to think that RUS could go to Stain and start a real war...
Think for your self. Of course they can make the trip to Stain with a fleet. And they can attack SA members when they spot them outside Stain. But a large war in Stain against the alliance would require huge numbers and a large supply of ships/equipment/ammo inside Stain, which is impossible.

Considering the strenght of the corps, and what a small incident that led to this, I would guess there will be no war, and no payments either.

Since I've had my share of beers for tonight, there will probably be lots of wrong spelling(and english ain't my first)...

Maarek Steele: Without disrespect for your grandfather... But most of us weren't born then. And most of us ain't american. So, actually, we don't want to read ANYTHING MORE ABOUT PEARL HARBOUR in this thread.

Realize it. This is the most interesting thing in EVE since the release. Several battleships blown up. Sure, the pirates blow a BS up some times. Some fleets brakes the blockades daily(SA for example). But what is that (or that damn ring) compared to this war???

Since my char is in Stain, I'm VERY excited... Too bad I'm on a holiday and OFFLINE for a long period(for the second time):(. If I wasn't, my ships would be there with the MASS ships...

"<<We are are enjoying the fight very much, and hope we can still be friends with those of you who are left when the fighting is over>>
Its nice to read posts of a smart guy! :)
And I completly agree with you ;)

RUS Corp"
I must say the same. I've been there to see friendly chats between MASS and RUS(although mostly Technolisa(hmm, Mamont was usually online too in MASS HQ)). It's nice to see that not everyone talks trash-talk, but in fact show respect of their enemy. And I really hope that no matter how this ends, the end will be honourable from both sides.

"HM-UVD (12 ships/7 pods)
G-ME2K (10 ships/5 pods)"
well, not very strange. Everyone who has been in those two systems knows that there are usually several members from two SA corps online in those systems;) It's not hard to see that an aggressor would go there.

About "Interstellar Elite". Yes, they are an important member of the alliance. Although located more "deep into Stain". As well as several other corps missing on RUS's list. To me that list only include about half of the alliance. And not to mention that several corps in the alliance has allies outside of the alliance.
But it's not surprising to see that the Stain-members closest to empire-space are most known.

As RUS already stated: If you're not part of a superior fleet, then you don't have time for screenshots. But of course I loved to see those screenies... But guys, damn it, from now on, everyone fire at the same enemy ship!!!

And those pirate corps... :( (Don't take that smiley as "I don't want you in EVE". I sure do, it's only for your comments in this thread)
Well, it's not hard to see they want this war. Since it means that there won't be a 20 ship fleet coming to brake up their blockades in Catch/Providence each day...
And it's not hard to see that, despite recent events, m0o/sinistar would probably support Stain while m3g4/Da Dragons support RUS.

"Heh, it seems the first casualty in this war was The Truth... as always.

Oh yes. As always. But who would expect else? Although most of the members in SA and RUS are very trust-worthy, there is always some guys that are not.
And while those trust-worthy probably aint lying, they probably don't tell the hole truth either.

To you guys complaining about SA. Face it, it's 0.0 space, "owned" by Sansha's nation. But SA tries to be friendly when asking you to leave. I guess, either you was unfriendly, or you met one of the members who are now "kicked out" from their previous corps because they were to "trigger happy". And if you guys didn't get it. Those corps in Stain has lots of lots of lots of members/BPs/ships/equipment/minerals. There are many original battleships BP's out there...
Personally, I don't see how RUS could win this war.

But as I stated before, I didn't think it would go to war. I guess some RUS members simply are bored because of the lack of contant in EVE. My current bet is that this will end in a stalemate in some days. When RUS has had their exciting times of war, and no longer can afford it, and the SA will not be interested in spending more battleships going to RUS home to finish it... Then they will settle for a NAP again.

TTI probably is the corp with most money. But when it comes to PvP experience too, the corps in this war is not far behind TTI in the race for "most powerful corp". As a matter of fact, in my opinion, it would be very logical if the first player-owned station will be buildt by a joint effort of Stain members in one of the regions "below" Stain.

Since there was 60 people in local "at the ring" (and lots of them even goining there with their main char), I don't see why lots of alts will be heading to Stain to watch this conflict with their own eyes. Because, to most of the "hard core gamers", this conflict is currently much more important than that ring...

Morpeus, is it really so hard to understand?? Most of your posts just smell bs.
And about russian... it's about respect for the other forum members... How would it be with all these posts in french/german/icelandic/swedish etc etc were lots of EVE-players come from. And russian is very hard to understand a single word from...
Please, stick to english. If you don't like that, then send your post directly to RUS ingame.

As I've said, I can only assume the only reason for this war is that several memberes of RUS are bored because of the lack of content. If player owned stations had been introduced one week ago, there would probably had not been this war.

And since RUS are not stupid, they understand that what was said by Ron1n in the first post will never be carried out. But I'm sure both sides, by far, have their best time in EVE to this date. I'm just sorry I'm not online to bee there in the battle.

*edit*
And it's not hard to see:
RUS are russians. SA are EU/USA. When most SA members are online, it's already far beyond mid night in Russia... That's why RUS says it takes a year for SA to gather a fleet, and why SA says RUS just log all the time ;)

Hotyu, that comment of yours was a little too agressive...

Hal, well, it would be interesting, yes, but it's not a good idea for this conflict. If I'm not wrong, the alliance had plans to hold games like that (although only frigates/cruisers).
