By math closer to $500.
If only it were the 'old billion' though, then it'd be close to $50,000
(this is based off of the EUR price I see on the Eve site at the moment and approximating a PLEX at 500 million. Also my arithmetic sucks).

invest your 10bil into buying and reselling to increase your funding and from those profits you can buy something better. you say that having a faction pimped out mach would cause you to paint a huge target on the hull however you really shouldnt let that put you off doing it if you want to, it doesnt have to be the most expensive faction fits either |
