I'm not there, and I don't really care, but it does indeed make it tough on defending forces when they have nowhere to dock, and a few less BS's than they started with. If the statement is true, then the [5] certainly would hold the upper hand on the territorial dispute, at least from a logistics perspective. -- Insert cool graphics sig here --

Under the circumstances, being wrong in this matter is a chance [5] is more than willing to take.

Individual corps that teamed up with SA (ATUK,m0o, EVOL) against CA would claim victory after a fight because the losses of the individual corp were fewer than the kills the entire fleet (corp+SA) took part in. This also later evolved to 'editing in' people into kill mails because the current system does not register warp scrambling, target painting or other similar activities as inflicting damage upon an opponent. The next logical step would be cross registration of kills between the [5] and its allies to further inflate numbers. Well if XII flew with the Fives fleet then it does sort of count as the five's losses. If XII flew alone and lost ships fighting RA while simply being an ally of the five it doesnt really count as their losses. Of course in the end region control in RA space comes down to the stations, as they have no npc stations its much easier to claim control then it is of a region like curse. RA nolonger has any strike bases in their space, apart from POS but those are worthless when it comes to fitting ships tbh. So all their assaults would be done either from curse, gw or possibly the npc stations in geminate? ------------------ [WTT: Vigilant]
