Sorry if this is answered elsewhere. I've found the list of approved GTC retailers, but with so many, I'm looking for one with good reviews. Since I already have an Origin account, I've used them previously, however, they're not instant and say orders can take up to 48 hours. Luckily I've only had to wait a couple hours.
What I'm looking for;
1. Instant
2. No phone call
3. Won't start receiving more spam in my inbox after registration
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback! I went ahead with Shattered Crystal this time. Got the phone call and got my GTC sooner than with Origin. Supposedly instant in the future as they only needed to wait and call for the first time.

I'm not looking to buy PLEX, I'm looking to buy 60 day ETC/GTC time codes to sell for ISK. From what I gather, they used to sell them, but the EVEonline store has been down since last October. And I see no products for sale, let alone 60-day Game Time Cards at CCPGames website. 
Would certainly buy from them if I could. However, they don't even list themselves in their Authorized ETC Retailer List
Until they reopen their own store, I'll probable stick with Shattered Crystal.
