hi im lookin to start pvp im a 2.8m minnie char and am lookin for a anti-rat pvp corp whos the best?

ignore gizli, TRS are pirates
now if yr looking anti rat (NPC) i cant realy help you, id just run around empire space and check corp info on people...
if yr looking for anti pirate, theres plenty of us around 
do as before, check corp info and look for 'anti pirate'
btw, dont post yr skillpoints on the forums

Celestial Apocalypse will always be the first name that springs to my mind when I'm asked to think of an anti-pirate corp, though now they're certainly not the corp that they used to be. 
Dirty Deeds Corp and friends have been fighting pirates in and around northern Providence for a while now. Other corps I have personally seen/heard good things about include PIE, MLM and CEI.
Being an anti-pirate is much more of a challenge, as it limits your potential range of targets to reds only, as opposed to anything non-blue (overly simplistic I know, but you get the idea). You won't necessarily get as many kills being the "good guy", but the kills you do get are surely more satisfying, coming with a purpose greater than simply "because you can".

Aegis is anti-pirate, tho we are new as a corp, so havent been able to get our name out there.

CELES are hardly anti-pirate nowadays. They're just another PVP corp.

Do you want an "anti pirate" corp that has never and probably will never engage in an actual fight with real player pirates but rather just add the status to their resume? Should be plenty of those around.

Um TRS has been pirating in Pure Blind so i doubt they qualify
PA - IRON and G alliances are all anti pirate. Theres alot of corps there to look into. My favorite ofcourse is E X O D U S

In addition to those mentioned, several who are in ASCN Alliance, there is......
EVE DEFENCE FORCE or EDF
also in the alliance. We participate frequently in DDC/CLS ops as well as run some of our own quite successful ops :)

I would suggest you try to contact one of the Ushra'khan corporations. Although not strictly anti-pirate, they are pvp oriented and are fighting what they consider to be the good fight - which I believe include chasing pirates every now and then.
Failing that, I'd suggest you look at the corporation recruitment center and find an appropriate corp. Of those mentioned in this thread, Celestial Apocalypse, Dirty Deeds and Bladerunners are the only real anti-pirate corporations, although you'll find that the lines get a little muddled when you are out in 0.0 space.

I think the distinction you need to make is between corps that are "anti-pirate" in that they do not condone or practice piracy (the majority of corps that describe themselves as "anti-pirate") and those that exist to actively hunt pirates (the minority, if such corps even exist at all).
If you are looking for the latter I would have said Celestial Apocalypse, but they are pretty much another 0.0 PVP corp now. Good luck in your search though.
