The truth is the majority of EVE doesn't really care who James is. Sure he gets a few laughs at first, but now the whole thing that he did is about as a passing fad as Gangnam Style is. His movement isn't affecting the majority of miners. People are going about their business as if he doesn't exist.

All I can say is that every time someone brings up a wall of text on the forums is that it is awfully suspicious seeing that the majority of us have moved on to more interesting things. Its like people who keep posting fad videos just to get attention. Yes the Gangnam was midly amusing.... Now not so much. Its like as if James keep posting Gangnam Style videos when obviously the Harlem Shake is the new best thing.

He is trying so hard not to be obsolete and most of don't give a damn because we know plenty of gankers and bumpers who have no relation to James at all.

I mean anyone can gank and bump miners. And that is the entire claim to fame James has.

Any thread that brings his name up is a thread trying to give James attention and therefore highly suspect.

If someone posted a thread about ganking a miner bumper I would be highly amused. But chances are James will pretend to gank his own bumper to get attention.

You bring up some good points, but if it isn't James and his followers it's someone else and theirs. We need a defense against these tactics, whoever is behind them. I have noticed several ganking ops going on in my local systems recently, which is why I decided to post a call to arms. If you're not interested, no problem. But I know a lot of miners and industrial corporations that are.

PRO-TIP: If you orbit a asteroid at 500m you cannot be bumped.

Also, if you tank out your barge, you tend not to get ganked so much.

I like this James315 guy. He causes cusses in game and giant walls of text out of game. Now if only the people who want him gone would expend the energy they put into their rhetoric into actual gameplay. But that would mean they would have to do more than 9 mouseclicks per hour, 11 if they release drones.

The best solution to combat James 315 and his band of fanbois is simply to ignore them. They will get bored if they don't get the attention they are seeking.

Though James and his cult were the subject of my original post, the attacks I speak of are not limited to merely one organization. They are simply the loudest. Miner ganking is becoming an increasing threat to the High Sec Industrialists' way of life, so it is time to stand firm. The longer we wait, the worse this problem becomes.
