As the title says, this is a purely subcap PVP pilot. 63mil of unwasted SP completely devoted to PVP. No wasted SP in indy/science or cap skills, just raw destructive power.

looks like you jumped around way to much. should be more focused in combat. but pretty handy in numerous fields. good luck |

Not really sure what you mean, I appreciate the free bump, but it's pretty clear that my character is only "jumping around" within combat skills, which is what you would expect of a pvp pilot. |

Btw it is possible to enter every Highsec Space? I know that EVesheet shows just the raw Standing, but you have Diplomacy 4 so i think it should be possible right ? |

I didn't look in game, but yes, with diplo IV, it should be above -5.00.
If you do the calculation detailed on this page: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Connections (The same formula applies for diplomacy), you find that at -7.59 raw standing (his worst empire standing, for amarr), and with diplo IV, your effective standing will be -4.7756 |
