This doesnt represent my alliances view or even my corp. ASCN space is surrounded on all sides by other alliances. For you to conduct a 0.0 war you would have to tresspass upon their space to reach ASCN. In light of the recent SMASH war, will you wardec any alliances that shoot you if you are shot at while in 0.0?

Standings are set during these contacts with alliance leadership groups or indeed, in some cases, on the forums. Knowledgable Alliance groups generally know who the MC are and what our general operational area is at any one time and contact the MC accordingly.
So your saying its the responsibility of the alliances to contact the MC when your trespassing on their space? Especially when everyone around ASCN space is using the NBSI policy isnt that a bit unwise? Sorry im kinda confused.

So........ if anyone in these alliances kills you while your trespassing and your at neutral and you dont get reimbursed... they get wardecced? Hmm interesting policy.
Edit: Were not just talking about chokepoitnts here for ASCN space... were talking about passing through entire regions...

Thanks for clarifying that. So we can assume if standings have not been set postively towards [5] and SA (they have soverignity the regions surround ASCN) that MC will not be operating in 0.0?

Thanks! I just dont like shooting people when theres a mixup with standings cus someone was too lazy to get them set thats all heh.
