All the Scandanavian countries are amazing.
We spent a few days in Denmark when I was 9 years old. It was late in May, and I was fascinated with the sun actually being up at 4 AM !

What the actual f...? Dude, I want whatever you are smoking. I am Swedish and I don't care for Sweden or any other of the Scandinavian countries much. I outright dislike the Swedish hypocrisy (puts American hypocrisy to shame) when it comes to anything and everything and I hate Swedes for being so ******* meek and politically correct. I kill kittens, and puppies and bunnies. I maim toddlers and teens and then more. |

I thoroughly enjoyed that, thank you for the video. In fact, I plan on using it in my Business English class next week. |

All the Scandanavian countries are amazing. Hmmm... Not so impressed, entirely. I work for a multi-national which although HQ'd in the UK, is mostly owned in Sweden. I like the Swedes, but working with them? Urk. Some are great, many are... Passive. And don't get me started on trying to get any collaborative work done during the summer! I've litterally had to send courriers up into the hills to get a document signed - and the signatory is the one who set the schedule! Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

TLDR:
Quote: Given the data, they concluded that social scientists could not possibly have picked a worse population from which to draw broad generalizations. Researchers had been doing the equivalent of studying penguins while believing that they were learning insights applicable to all birds.
As a latinamerican with vast cultural differences even within my own region, I found this interesting to read.
Currently about to read the final paper ... Food for thought

So diverse yet we stupidly try to run it all from one city, and let everybody vote to impose their diverse wills upon each other.
It will all come apart hilariously, violently, and unfortunately not fast enough.
