When you have plugged this implant Slave Omega it'll give you about 4.95 to all attributes and about 25% to armor hitpoints...now look on the market and see that a full set of +5 implants is worth like 3.5 - 4 billions and it doesn't give the armor hitpoint boost (that an amarr navy issue owner is having wet dreams of :p)... In my honest opinion the implant is worth 1.5-2 billions and still cheaper than full set of improved implants (+5) and it gives additional armor boost too when used in addition to full set Slave!
