a) through posting a joke of a opening bid (being a greedy bastard if you like)
b) being rude to the few people who did offer valid bids

you seriously telling methe last bidder has 27billion for this?
and hes probably not being a greedy bastard, im sure if you spent the time to get this implant you'd want to sell it for this much also, its pretty rare...
when you consider each +3 slave implant goes for at least 200mil this price isnt unrealistic..
if you dont want to bid for this item dont bloody bid, goddamn, i cant wait to flame one of your auctions... meh.. if he wants to try and sell it for this price then let him..

*rubs hands together* Man this isn't a flame this is a BON FIRE! I personally think that what has been done here is quite unfair if he want's to sell this implant (which Iam sure was no small task just to get) at 1b thats his choice. you guys Flameing this thread serves only one purpose and thats to discredit Technical and unfairly effect the market value of the implant (not that Iam saying 1b is the market value) so in the words of ISD if you don't bid don't post! 
PS I hate caps too...
