And Aotearorian, why is it that if it is not your job to report bugs, you think it somehow IS your job to make a thread about it? Making a thread is more effort and as you have seen, subject to much more flaming, than simply filing a report. I don't care if you think others have sent reports; send another. Nagging CCP is a better way to get things done. Cluttering the boards with threads against the EULA/forum rules is the worst thing you can do. It is your job to report bugs, and everyone else's too. Or you can complain to the forum over and over, and respond so arrogantly to flames and useful advice alike that someone contracts me to pod you :P _____________________________________________ Assassin for hire. And as to bug reports already being filed: perhaps that's true. But perhaps also the devs thought the bug was squashed and don't know that it's still effecting people. How will they know that the bug is still around if you don't report it? Of course, you've only found one actual bug so far, yet you still haven't reported it. Plus, if more people file bug reports, CCP will know how severe of one it is, and make it a higher priority to fix than other potential problems. If these "bugs" are really ruining your game play, as you state, then if you nag them about it, they'll be much quicker to fix them. Have I found it helpful? Hell no!! I have found it to be unfathomable, hilarious and sad in equal proportions. And guess what? I found a bug a few days ago. I did a storyline mission for a Minmitar contact where I had to kill some Amarr Navy Scouts and after the mission I checked my standings with Minmitar and noticed in transactions that I'd received a standings PENALTY for killing one of the Amarr. So what did I do? Did I come onto these forums and whine continously about the bug? NO Did I feel that I'm too important/arrogant/boorish/pig-headed/stupid (delete as appropriate) to file a bug report with CCP? NO Did I file a bug report with CCP over said bug? YES Did I receive a response from CCP within 24 hours as promised? YES Did they reverse the standing penalty I incurred? YES Did they say that the bug had been logged in their database and would be fixed in a future patch? YES Wow, imagine that - the bug reporting system actually worked! Maybe you should try using it sometime. Oh and incidentally, I was a software dev for 10 years and strangely enough I don't feel that I'm too good to file a bug report. I humbly suggest that the "bug" is with you and not the game at all! null

It always returns that my credit card can not be verified. I send support request. After 2 days I get reply asking for additional info. I answer straight away. After 2 more days I got one more reply asking for more info. I answer. Somewhere in between there were 2 more replies basically asking, do I still needing help. I replied that I still do. After about 1.5 weeks when I try to enter my credit card information it did finally work. I enter absolutely the same information. BTW, I now found the reason why my credit card information did not go first 20 times. In all online sites I used befor one can enter credit card information the same way as it is on credit card, with spaces between numbers. It is handy, because you can check it easy. In Eve you can not. By a chance in my last try I enter number with out spaces.

If it took you this long to figure it out maybe you should file a bug report on yourself as it is just common sense not to put spaces in.
