Ive had several good fights, but the most memorable ones are probably:
1. When pilots of honour was in Xetic, and the war with the [5], the Coalition etc had just started. We had a small fleet of interceptors, tech1 frigates, and a harpy probably 8 or so in total. We were patrolling the route between HED and 36N when a scout spotted a large number of hostiles heading towards us. So we decided to turn around and head off to wait for things to cool down. But we noticed that only a few followed. So we warped to a random moon of a planet and sat there. The few BOS pilots that followed tried to find us and succeeded. However their means of engagement was their downfall. The wolf that spotted us was almost insta popped by our small fleet, his corp mates had obviously gang warped to him and many suffered the same fate. We managed to take down 2 assault frigates, and a vigil with no losses at this point. Then a raven came out of warp and we decided to take it on. After loosing alot of our tech1 frigates we decided to withdraw. I dont know whether you could call it a victory or loss, it wasnt spectacular but I thoroughly enjoyed leading it.
2. We were hired to take on an equal sized mainly industrial corporation, unbeknowst to us they were members of an unofficial empire alliance. As the days past the war decs on us mounted and at one point our small gang was blobbed by 50-60 hostiles in 1 system. Being outnumbered lead to some nice fights and alot of cool tactical movements :P. One fight ill always remember was sitting inside a system with a mega, geddon, crow and rifter in gang. The hostiles had 4 battleships in one group and 2 bs + 1 thorax in another. Our scout spotted the 2 bs as trying to regroup with the 4 bs possibly as reinforcements. A quick decision was made and we decided to head in, the 2 bs were jsut 1 gate away from the rest, so we insta'd through and engaged on even odds. I was picked first target and the 2 bs + thorax started to shoot me. We managed to destroy all 3 ships just as the rest were jumping through to reinforce, and I warped away with something in the region of 20% structure.
