I think 4bn is a bit low for a perfect mining alt, there isn't a single skill you can train on this alt that will increase mining yield... Plus very little "wasted" skill points, it's quite focused. If your looking for a ready-to-go and not have to do anymore training mining alt... well..

Not exactly correct - I think Michi's which gives an extra 5% requires Cybernetics V but a free bump if I'm wrong :)

I suspect you got a REAAAALLY good deal, or it was just WAY to many wasted skill points... hard to say. But 31 million skill points shouldn't be that cheap... |
