That's not a denial, it's just not what I'm being accused of at all.

In my experience, CCP has a less than 1% mis-rate on bans, meaning, if you were banned, then they found some concrete connection between you and an EULA breaching activity.

im sure if you petition correctly they can reopen an investigation to go over evidence, and if it can be proven that you WERE involved unknowingly (such as holding isk for a friend without realizing its connection to RMT), then CCP would more than likely reactivate your account (though still confiscating the isk and anything bought with it)

i have never known CCP to be unfair or reckless in their handling of account investigations, and the GM's i have eprsoanlly talked with over many game issues ive experienced were all very nice, so i stand by their decision whatever it is, and whatever becomes of you as a result.

Basically, what you're saying here is if CCP bans someone then that person is guilty otherwise they wouldn't have been banned. What bizarro circular logic world are you from? The fact is if CCP bans you, you'll never know why and you'll never be able to refute the evidence. That's what's being passed off as a fair shake.

Well, I left the details out for a reason, but evidence is on my side and the reason they banned me doesn't even make any sense. I think that the ban was hastily administered due to some shiney assets being involved, so they probably figure ban first and then figure everything out later.

Guys, everytime you want to annoy a GM, Dev, ISD about ANYTHING, start spamming it in GD.

I have no sympathy for people that **** up and get banned but im getting tired of seeing people get banned and CCP ignores them.

If you ban someone, even if they are guilty as ****, you should be in contact with them and let them know whats up

One of my accounts has been permanently banned. I have sent replies with no response for over two weeks. I have also asked for a simple response that the petition is still active or being investigated to no avail. Should I sit on my hands, or is there anything else I can do to speed this process up? Perhaps there is a GM that will find this thread that can check for me, as it is an account under the same email address that I am posting from now.

CCP does not ban accounts, they ban people. So expect a ban on the account you used to post about shortly as well. Sorry for your loss.
