In that article there is this:
"While we are not ready to release our current plans for the EVE bonuses we would like to encourage people to discuss their ideas and what they would like to see from this"
Bonuses I can see:
Reduced clone costs for eve pilots. That is every district owned by your corp that has a production facility reduces the clone costs to eve pilots in your corp. Owning an entire planet is even better. (Eventually maybe Dusters could be making the clones for Eve pilots, rather than NPCs).
Increased power grid and cpu for planetary command centers (PI).
Increased storage volume in PI nodes.
Better PI scans.
Somehow the PI bonuses have to apply to non-temperate planets, and planets in systems without temperate planets to own.
