We are pleased to announce, in an effort to open up our vast regions of wealth and prosperity, the introduction of a passport system. This passport system will replace the current system of Shinra and ATUK sponsored corps. Prices for these passports will be quoted on an individual basis. To apply for one of our passports please fill out this form.
You will notice that we offer a variety of opportunities not offered anywhere else. You, your corporation or your alliance will reap the benefits of 0.0. You will have access to high end ores, NPCing, moon mining, large complexes and POS refining.
We are offering passports to the following Regions:
Cache
Detorid
Insmother
Scalding Pass
Wicked Creek
Passports and standings will come into effect after downtime on Wednesday (17/08/2005). By then all Current sponsored corps must be out of the regions they currently reside in, unless they sign up to our new passport system.
Yes we know often sometimes some areas are not 100% secure but like any other 0.0 space in EvE there are risks. We are offering the opportunity to 0.0 space unlike many closed off areas in EvE, but you must be aware of the chance of hostiles.

Intresting read. So ontop of the current refining tax the current mining corps have to pay isk too?
May I be so bold and ask you bluntly how the tax is build up?
The Fountain allaince is declared dead but I see another flaming star rising. You are starting to look greedy. Better take the lessons or history will repeat.

Pay them and do not afraid to fit expensive modules. All those 5 regions are totally safe and .5. controls all the PCS there =)))))))

Warning to all that will get such pass. You will be KOSed by RED allince, and RED allince notify you that Cashe, Insmother, Scalding Pass, Wicked Creek and Detorid is not a safe place to mine or NPC-ing this reagons are still war-zones and closed for all civilianc.

Seems like opening up 0.0 for other people you will get your share of people mad at this becuase they have for so long held a strangle hold on 0.0 access.
This is a good isk generator for both the alliance and for the small corps that take the alliance up on this. I know for a fact that there was a small corp op over the weekend for one of our clients that raked in over 2 billion between 4 guys.
So dont tell me its too expensive or whatever, with mining barges and what not now small corps can make alot of money fast.
In any event good luck to the five and all their future clients.

great opportunity for small to medium sized corps to get into 0.0 Yes there are some bad guys around but the area being offered to live in is HUGE. lots of out of the way places for you to get your feet wet. In reality some parts of this area are safer then any low sec in empire. Just have a safe spot and keep your eyes open in local.
Even with a tax and entry fee you will have opportunities at high end isk making ventures, like ark, 10/10 complex, officer npcs.
In the end you will come to love 0.0 space and maybe take the next step up for your corp.

I find it interesting, how FSA and RA will threaten the smaller "potential" corps, but aren't really doing anything thing threatening against the actual [5] alliance. Well... I take that back... RA's still being annoying in the form of "Small Minmatar Control Towers"  but I think that's it.
