I am looking to purchase a newer mining character. I'm looking to spend between 1.5 to 2b, but I could go a little higher for the right character. Must be able to fly a hulk and some decent mining skills . Other things I'm interested in, but do not necessarly require:
Drone skills (Drones, Drone Interfacing, Mining Drone Operation)
Fitting skills
Indy/Manufacture skills
Leadership Skills (Mining focused)
... and so on. I'm sure you can tell what I'm looking for here, however to save time for everyone, I'll add a list of skills I do not want from this character (or at least won't consider them when deciding if I'll accept the price):
Combat skills
Refining skills
Exploration skills
PI skills
Freighter skills
With the above I'm not trying to come off as harsh or rude. With the relatively low sp amount I can get for the isk I have, I would like every SP to count and also do not want to waste anyone's time.
If anyone has something I may be interested, please post either the eveboard link, or a link to a thread you already have going for the character. Also make sure to post the asking price.
