Hi, So when i first tried Eve, I had seen the Eve promotion video about Eve being a sandbox game and you could do anything, even being a pirate.. I thought, "Hey pirate sounds fun", since I have allways loved the heart-pumping action of PVP. So i jumped into the first frigate i got and tried piracy. Fun most of it, but only against other noobs like myself, to be able to enter the bigger league I had to advance in ships, so I did. Now I can fly a Wolf, and got a sec status of -4.3 --> Well life is a bit boring as a pirate and i thought abouyt trying out pve (I haven't done a single quest/mission since the tutorial), but where do i start when i can only go to 0.5 and below? Is there any missions at all?
Also, I've had huge troubles, finding an EU based PvP corp (or industrial corp for my alt), any suggestions? |

Try recruitment forums and the in-game corp finder tool.
For missions simply use the in-game agent finder. Pick a region, a security status and a level and etc and off you go. The Drake is a Lie |

Game is boring = You are playing it wrong.
EVE is all about personal choices and decisions. If you find the game boring to play, you are doing the wrong thing.
Go out and find out what you like to do.... |

you were a pirate and were punished for it, jst kill some belt rats (one per 15 mintes per system, so do alot of jumping) and your sec stat will cure itself. |

The reason why you can't find any missions is due to the fact that, not having run any, you have no standings to any agents (apart from the tutorial agent and maybe your starting corp).
Low sec missions do pay out much better than high sec but it depends on the level of the agent and the system security level. In a station click the Agent Finder on the right (by default) and ajust the slider for level of agent, set the drop downs to all factions / type = security (i.e. kill mission) to see what agents are available. You can increase the agents available to you by training Connections skill, you could get that to III in less than a day and have access to any level 2 agent I think. Even so, L2 agents aren't going to be very lucrative, even in low sec, level 3 agents would be better and you can do / blitz most 3s in an assault frigate, just avoid The Blockade (because it's time consuming).
As to joining a low sec corp, either look through the recruitment forum for a low sec corp that is new player friendly, they are around. Or, keep an eye on the locals and depending on where you are, who the local pirates are, you have a good chance of being recruited.
Or try one of the low sec corps that have a good rep for recruiting newer players like Black Rebel Rifter Club (think that's one of them). |

That is more likely.
If he couldn't find a EU based PvP corp. Then his searching skills are near non-existing as they are plentiful. |
