Fraps settings:
Half Size
29.97 fps
Windos res: 1280 x 1024
Eve online res: 1280 x 1024 (fullscreen)
Result: Right click save as...
Is this good? I dont like the quality of it 
note: I used Windows Movie Maker.
Anyone know how i can get a better quality when recording half-size?

up the bit rate, your bit rate atm is 800, u need to aim for at least over a 1000 i think

And consider using other codecs for compression (not possible with windows movie maker but with other programs).

You can do some nice things with Windows Movie Maker, that's what I use (though I do agree it is pretty limited). Check the #4 post on my thread linked below here where I talk about an advanced profile editor available from Microsoft for WMM.

25fps recording is usually good enough. One thing i noticed was that you play at 1280x1024 and record at half size. That means your raw fraps are 640x512. Your compiled video is 720 x 576. Make sure your compiled video outputs at the same size as your recorded clips so there is less distortion.
