With ever increasing losses for the BoB war machine and their allies XELAS. Imperium offer BoB this one single chance at surrender.
The following terms will be aheared to:-
- BoB & XELAS will vacate the Outer-Ring and Fountain regions within 72hrs
- BoB & XELAS will disasemble their alliance's
- BoB & XELAS will pay the sum of 5 billion to Imperium Alliance
Failure to adhear to these terms will result in nothing but total anhialation for the alliance's known as BoB and XELAS.

Not to nitpick, but noob ships are counted. Add up the losses in the example given earlier Linkage
and you'll see. They may not add to your 'points', but they do apparenlty add to both kill / loss totals (at least as viewed in this section of the KB).
Was it a fake mail? Dunno. Does KB waving do anyone any good? Not really. Is there an incentive? Possibly, although I have my doubts anyone would take the time. Filtering shuttles, capsules and noob ships would change the KD from 65% to about 76%, but its not gonna make a huge difference in the end. Just pointing out that noob ships, etc are counted.
