It's our sad duty to report the end of EON Magazine. Zapatero, the long time editor of the magazine, has left us with a few final words from the EON staff, while CCP Unifex also offers his thanks for their hard work in this dev blog.

As the editorial/content liason for EON, I must say I loved working with the team and especially the curmudgeonly Zapatero.
He's top notch.

As someone who wrote occasionally for EON, and always enjoyed reading it when it landed on my doormat, I'm very sad this day has come. It was a good run though, and Zapatero and his team always delivered a quality product.

I've written for EON multiple times before. I don't think I'm going out on a limb when I say that it's because of them that I'm working for CCP today. Zapatero and all the guys over there did a brilliant job and they'll be missed.
