Mining skills
- Flys a Covetor (Large Mining Barge)
- All Mining related skills are at Level 5 (Except Deep Core, Level 1)
- Level 4 Ice Harvesting... he brings home the bacon err ice.
Iteron Mark V and T2 Industrials
- Flys Viator / Occator
100% Refine
- Perfect refine (not including some standings ofc)
Perfect Build
- No more worry about Blueprint ME. Perfect Build
Caldari Interceptors
- Can get to where hes needed without delay, or can fight
- Can fly Assault ships if you train that skill (Has Mechanic 5 trained already)
3 Research Projects
- Has the RPM skill, with 3 Research agents running at the moment (and just 1 day of training to start another)
T2 construction
- Ability to build any Interceptor with less than 2 hours of skill training
- Has a lot of the skills for the other assorted Tech 2 production (and to start other research projects)
Freighters
- Can fly a Gallente freighter with 7(!) days of skill training
Learning
- Has 2.2mill in Learning alone, and those attributes can still be increased further in a very short time

Comes with 1.5mill isk and the appropriate clone. Is flying an Iteron Mk5, 2 other Iteron Mk5's scattered around, an Osprey in alliance space, and of course the usual collection of loot (I have tidied up the assets into central locations). He is located in a central, high-sec empire system. If buyout is taken, I will equip him with a Raptor as well. He of course has 2 Implants (+3 Mem and +3 Int) plugged in.
He has a security status of -0.4. This does not affect his travel into any systems, nor does it allow any other players to legally shoot him. It does affect his refine rate ONLY at Concord owned stations. Since I am asking a premium price, I am offering as much satisfaction (heh) as I can.
The character has a good, normal name and is decent looking (for a Gallente guy). No enemies. Access to Level 2 Agents.

Nice char, well worth the bill, to bad about the charisma though, a carebear should be able to have a nice smile on his/her face.
