hopefully they only place orders on escrow once a day, means that they wait 23h for orders to fill up. then they spend an hour placing on escrow. otherwise its still a 24h job
BTW khatred, would it be possible to make a system where once a ships is in escrwo we get an evemail saying so
reason for that is that escrow is odd, not all items show up. and assume u placed a ship for me, but i check 5h later, it doesnt show up
just a point that might be helpfull to you and ur customers

Ok, to address some things before a long silence that will follow (guess why )
We are working right now to start the escrows & such but we received a lot of orders so it will take some time. Rest assured, if you follow all the rules, your ship will be escrowed and an eve-mail will be sent.
The eve-mail will be very brief (to save time) as the option we have to send from the IGB browser interface works very slow, but all ships will be escrowed in Pator so if you get the eve-mail but don't see the escrow, just head to Pator.
I will not go to sleep until all orders are escrowed (or some people blacklisted  )
Also we have to check for alts and possible orders that break the rules and that kinda slows the process so please be patient.

Do you have plans to produce Dreadnoughts and Freighters (obviously you plan to produce freighters as they are on the list, but i'm wondering how you will arrange that etc.)

One small question, what information does your site track when its set to trusted. Just character name and corp or location as well?

I must say....quite possibly the most rediculous load of crap ive been a part of for a long time, a guy gets a link too a new eve store, logs in, orders a 3 taranis's, then gets a message from one of his directors later that because 3 were ordered instead of 2....the order was cancelled and the corp "blacklisted" and unable too buy.
Contact person contacted and reasoning omited due too the fact that "they need too make an example of someone"....THEN a message is recieved from a corp member about our name being on the forums in this thread, and i must say, f*ck you very much. Don't **** on my or my corp's name in these forums or i will **** on your frosty corpse

Great prices, nice web page design, great ideas. Only your rules seem a little strict. I can only assume that the rules were written by a control freak, who cant control anything in his/her life but a market niche in a fictional game.

I tried to be very civil with our conversation. We would have been a sizable customer of yours. Im sure almost half our corp members were placing orders today. Instaban for ordering more than allowed is overboard in my mind. No warning nothing. But the attack against my corp and my ceo on the forums, unacceptable. I'm sure this makes you feel extra proud having the power to say banned cause you say so.

Ok, at the risk of being hit by the wifflebat of blacklists, I had a question. I have registered, and read the rules, however my question wasn't answered there. I saw that there are stocks posted and ships sold on the site already. I was wondering if there was a specific time the stocks were updated, or if they would be updated every time a ship comes out of the factory. Some ships are going to be in high demand for whatever reason, and be sold as soon as they're listed. I had a recommendation to avoid people overwhelming your page server by trying to snipe a ship. Perhaps it would make sense to either have a specific posting time, or only update a stock when there are several to add to it.

Ok boys and girls, I just woke up, I have to go somewhere for about 3 hours and when I'll get back I'll start filling those orders. Or somebody else will do it but I am the only one 100% familiar with how the inside site works so expect hick-ups
For Contraband Inc.:
Until today I had nothing against Contraband Inc. .I don't have anything with Mafia or Teddybears or Tundragon either. But this is the game and within game rules, everybody can apply his own rules. Some of our rules include not selling to corporations that shoot at us or that break our selling rules.
Indeed I wanted to set an example with the first corporation that has a member that broke our selling rules. I never suggested, said or assumed that the attempt to buy more than allowed was done deliberatly and not by mistake.
It wasn't an attack against Contraband Inc. Should the name of the corporation be Evolution or Naga or Shinra I would have done the same.
It wasn't an attack against your CEO. But when I make a great deal about the rules, we have them clearly mentioned as very important on our webshop and the thread here, I expect any CEO of a corporation that heard about our service (or any director or member for that matter) not just to inform about our service but also about our rules since it's clearly stated that not following some of them will prevent the whole corporation from using our service. I mean, if you come to our webshop, read the rules and order coorectly , why on earth would you mention to a friend or corpmate about our prices but forget to mention the rules. If somebody wasn't watching the forum and receives only a link directly to the Ships part, yeah of course he will just order. Did you help him? At first sight yes, actualy no.
Funny thing is that you reacted exactly like your victims in game. You enjoy the hatemails and whining that occurs after a podding. I mean you forbid somebody access into a 0.4 system and pod him and laugh at his hatemails and when I forbid you access to our service you start with the hatethreads?
You decided to took it personaly. Fine. We are usualy located in Pator. War dec us and camp us. For us bussiness will go as usualy and you won't prove anything. I wanted to prove that we will not tolerate any breaking of the rules regardless of who breaks them. And by the looks of it (buy orders wise), I like to believe that I succeeded 90%.

I just wanted to say that the service is great. Ordered last night before bed, got up this morning and there was my escrow.
I went to website, read the rules, ordered according to rules, have told my corp mates about the site with emphasis on the rules, and we are loving it. We will probably make this our one stop shop for any t2 ships we need now in the future.
Thank you Khatred for making t2 ships affordable and what they were meant to be and not with a 3000% markup like others.
I definitely recommend them if you are able to follow some simple rules.

i've purchased from him before and as a newer player without a bazillion isk to spend on things people like Khatred make the game more enjoyable
I know I am gonna pass the link around to everyone(corp and friends) I know who've been talking about getting T2 ships
