Hello fellow MD readers,
On behalf of an anonymous party I will be gathering funding for a 120b bond.
> Once a month, the interest payment will be made, likely to be done within the 1st week of each month.
> In the event of a default, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point if possible. Any isk after the liquidation will be taken as my fee.
> Previous public and private investors might get priority, as will larger investors over smaller investors. This is to make things easier for me.
The anonymous party will be transferring collateral over to me to cover to full amount of the bond. Collateral will be in the form of various products and ships. As with all my collateral evaluation I've undervalued the items and then subtracted an additional 10-15% safety net.
The total Bond size will be 120b isk.
The terms:
1b isk minimum investment
1b investment increments
4% monthly interest
No fixed duration (Approximately 2-3 months)
Cash out requests requires a 1 month notice, and will be cashed out as funds are available
Periodically the bond may be lowered as the client buys back bonds from investors.

Since the bond is on a first come first serve basis, the sooner the better if you wish to invest. I normally run reservations in my bonds, but this client is pressed for time so we chose this format. The time these types of bonds tend to fill up seems to vary a bit, so I can't really give a better idea of when it should be sent by.

Well since i am at work till about 23.00 eve time i can not send the isk before that time.SO i will allready make a reserve offer in case someone backs off along the line IF i can not be in time to send the isk before the bond is filled.
So , i'll take a 20 B reservation.IF i make it in time to send the isk to you tonight before the bond allready is filled i will make a note of it here grendell . |

Not in a rush so i'll hear when you have found one or more persons to fill in my 30 B investment.

Sounds good Flakeys! I will let you know as soon as your portion is replaced. It shouldn't take very long at all., I jsut need to mail the reservations and fill the last portion. I will keep you posted!

Hello storm, if all the reservations come through, there should be about 6b left to fill that I can put your name on. If you would like to fill up to 20b. I can put your name down as a backup. should the reservations not come through or if somebody else needs to cash out early!

Ok I believe I've given enough time for the reservations, 2 out of 3 have answered!
Flakeys is now cashed out.
The following have been cashed in: Anonymous I - 20b, Brollox - 5b.
I've had no reply from Deterro, so the next person to ask for a cash in was Magnu Stormhawk. So I've sent Magnu an EVE-Mail to send in the remaining 5b isk. If he does not reply or decided to go through with it it will go on to the next person in line.
On a side Note: The client has advised me that this will likely be the last month of the bond. Also Kara Roideater and wodahs hunt have been added to the backup list.
