Try 2 Large Booster IIs instead of one XL. Run one fulltime and the other when you need it.
Granted you will have to drop something, but it should work decent.

Estamel XL booster, 2 x Estamel invul fields, estamel boost amp, 2 chelm rechargers
5 chelm power diags

There are better setups, if what you're looking for is shield boosting... I was just thinking of the most XL shield hardener 2's I could fit.
