Fine here. I had that problem until I replaced my crappy Linksys router. -- Proud member of the [23].

Yep, was getting the same problem yesterday - contstantly loosing connection to the server. I think that when a node gets stressed it automatically kicks players from game to survive.
Glad (or not) to hear others are having this problem! When I asked in the help channel I was met with the response that it is my ip or the problem is at my end - which it clearly isnt.
Seems to be happening more frequently these days which is a worrying sign.

The game is broken up into nodes by area, not by system. So if you're on the same node as Rens or Jita, there'll be heavy stress on it, even if the system you're in is empty. (Though I hope each of these super-busy systems gets their own node).
Anyway, it could also be your ISP that's having a problem, or the route to the CCP servers. There are many reason why some people lose connection frequently while others are fine, and they're not all attributable to CCP.

lost it 4 times in a 6 hour period yesterday - usually when i try to get mission information at station from my agent. Seems that the hardware is getting old but CCP will repalce it when they can afford it

i'm pretty sure that just because you got kicked... its not because of node failure or faulty hardware. probably 80% of the time its on your side. so stop whining about the ebil CCP kicking you out cause they're too cheap to replace crap. There should be an idiot filter on the forums....
