Frankly niether side can take an opponents station and hold it for any significant lenght of time. Esp when you consider each sides 'home' base are some 60 jumps away from one anouther. Which is why [5] didn't consider taking a station in fade or dek when we were up there. Or why we laughed when the 16 alliences ran through our space taking over are own stations. The entire effort is futile, save for maybe enticing a fight. It will/has began much in the same way it is now. [5] or BOB or some other entity will begin the crawl north (or vice versa.) It will happen region by region. And not be a full out attack. While the war may cover a large area at any given time, the actually area under contestation will be very small.
