I have done missions for this corp for a while. I have like a 8.00 standing with the corp.
I have one lvl 4 agent I was working with in this NPC corp. I turned down 3 missions (which turned out to be -6%, -3%, and -6%in standing losses!) which lowered my standing with specific agent to "-2.08 (with connections 4 your standing is -4.38). Now the guy wont talk to me. I have been doing missions for corp for a week and these personal standings wont move with him. I have diplomacy 3 also, fyi.
I see the problem but he holds 25k LP's and I cant talk to him now and there is no listing as to what it takes to talk to him now. Am I totally screwed and will never be able to talk to him and get my LP's cashed in because of the new standing with him. Missions with corp and agents in his corp have no effect on my standings with him. Any help would be appreciated. It seems even with Connections 5 I cant get enough standing to get back in good graces with him but I dont know what the numbers are.

you might be screwed on that. thats why tere is the pop up waning you about refusing missions, and your given 1 free turndown every 24 hours. i had to go 4 days wihtout doing a single lvl 4, but at least i didnt loose any standing.
I woud petition it, as conections shouldent lower an agents standing. and diplomacy will let you use hostile agents sooner, not connections.

TBH you loose a ridicoulous amount of standing for refusing a few crappy missions, and lets admit it pappa there is a few bogus missions in there, i lost like over 2.0 standing with caldari navy for turning down a few missions i didnt have time for, and then the agent was a smartass and decided to give me the same mission again.
this is why ive given up on lvl 4 agent missions, most of the missions just take to long, are extremely risky, and not even worth the risk anymore. i can do like 3 to 4 lvl 3 agent missions in the time it takes to do one high lvl 4 mission.

FYI you can turn down an agent mission without loosing standing every 4 hours.

Get your faction or corp standing over the min to use him.
I believe agents check your standings in the order of Faction, Corp then Personal.
I think.. It's been a year since I got my faction standings over 8 :(

Two points here:
1. I have done I bet 30-40 missions for the corp this lvl 4 agent is in and my personal standings with him havent budged at all. Even done some story missions for his faction and still no budging the standing numbers i mention above.
2. When I check my information about this agent I no longer get that note that says you need x points to be able to use this agent. That line of information is gone. All it shows is the personal standing I have now with him.
Well I wouldnt care so much but it would be nice to be able to at least cash out my LP's with him.
