web + missiles. That was prepatch when you could do almost full damage to an inty due to the precision explosion radius. Post patch right click -> recycle your bomber. They can't even kill frigs anymore.

Armor and shield tanking are ballanced, but they aren't the SAME. Shield tanking frees up low slots for damage mods. Armor tanking frees up mid slots for EW.
