Proteus is just the best ship for W-space pvp.
Blaster boats are fun.
The Oracle is the new drake. It doesn't have the drakes tank but its ability to engage a myrad of opponents and grandness in pos shooting made it the new workhorse in nulsec. At least for TEST. |

No problem really. No ship is sitting in number one with 2 or 3 times the numbers of the number two ship like the drake was. The top 20 is looking healthier than it ever has, even if more work needs to be done. And not all the changes have evened things sufficiently within ship classes. |

Yeah, pretty much the point of this thread. I've been following the top 20 for past month or so, and it's very lively, first week of the month includes absolutely all sorts of ships (Celestis was there for a while), and tier 3s start their march to the top only when nerdsec blobs kick in.
Last month Naga was the winner IIRC.
Balancing efforts have paid off <3
