Its been going on the past few weeks.
Thats what happened to me as soon as my corp joined an alliance. Eve would crash after 30 secs of logging in. Guess what... my corp left the alliance, now I can log in again & play fine.

I've not been having any of these problems. Right now my round trip pings are ~140-150ms range, but then I seem to be taking a different path then most people here:
7 188 ms 191 ms 188 ms 212.184.27.102
8 140 ms 138 ms 139 ms ls-bb-gw2.isholf.is [157.157.173.253]
9 145 ms 144 ms 148 ms 157.157.139.10
All the people complaining who have posted their routes seem to be coming in at: 157.157.62.26 so maybe that has something to do with it.

I know what you are going thru. It took my phone company about 3 months to get my DSL right. I called the Engineering Dept of my phone company. Ialso called customer support. Its your job to tell as many as possible.....
The phone company thinks DSL is a plug and play device. THEY ARE WRONG!

Same problems too and I'm with NTL
EVE would just lag or CTD on me
Haven't done any traceroutes thinking maybe its my PC. Guess not.
