RUNYOUFOOLS	Posted - 2005.08.30 22:24:00 - [1] after reading the 10+ page long thread about jf/pa one thing stuck in my mind "what have you done of merit". well ive thought about it and i can say ive done the following 1: I was a director and founding member of NOARD, still have fond memorys of kicking out "teh ebil umlat" and geeklab. (you guys still about btw, hope you are) 2: I have been both -7.8 and +5.6 sec status, may seem a minor thing but it lets you see both side of the fence. 3: I have funded/run protection for a few smaller corps that my personal corp had nothing to do with. Just helping them to start up and not fear the "dangers of low sec". 4: ive been a active member of eve university twice now tho ill admit i did not do a hell of a lot the 2nd time RL ftl :\| 5: dispite my lack of in-game production skills ive still pulled off some fairly impressive things on the markets. (filling a 0.4 region with pvp mods/ships is the one thing left on this list, but im working on it). 6: In the main my corps have had a pvp slant as thats the main reason I pay my sub. but I can hold my head up and say in all the time ive pvp'ed ive never corp-hopped to avoid a war, or whined I was camped by a bigger force. nor for that matter logged off in combat. 7: And all this with very minamal use of alts, even when I was -sec I used to pay players to haul stuff for me. just about the only alts ive used where my uni alts and now the NBSI acadamey alt I sometimes use. looking back over it it dont seem a lot compared to the guys like molle, foyle etc, but im proud of it, thing is, what have YOU done. ps lets try to avoid the silly posts/flames on this one huh. just for me :) /me ♥ veld (notify) Your ship is no longer in the same location, so whatever it was you were trying to fails.

Lorth	Posted - 2005.08.31 01:19:00 - [9] Lets see here. I have managed to have most of the sell orders in a whole region (Heimater sp?) be in my name. This with less then 2 mill sp, and one acount that could only fly a cruiser. I have made more then a billion isk in less then a week. One account all solo. I have lead a fleet of 50+ ships into battle, in the NSA BOB war, we were slaughter horribly, not tottaly my fault I swear. I been involved in the death of 6 alliences, 2 of which I was on the lossing side. I have been in every region in eve (I think) and mined in most, and killed in nearly all. I have made 200 mill, solo, in less then a week, in space where everyone was hostile to me, I had no docking rights, and I was camped dayly. So don't tell me 0.0 is hard, because you just don't know enough. I have been in only two real corps in more then a year. Actually pretty proud of that. I have never logged to excape death I have never smacked someone who has killed me. I have never backed away from a fight when I thought I had a reasonable chance of winning. (though I have backed away from what I thought was a trap only to discover it wasn't) I have only been podded once. Further, the person who podded me, lived a grand total of 15 minutes before I came back and killed and podded him my self.

Kill lots with my deimos in stain. Helped build an alliance + pvp corp. Lost a megathron to npc's while mining + falling asleep. Fell in love with woody. (Hes so pinky and fluffy). Called people fat at least 3 times a day Made my loot for reimbursement program, unfortunatly im to lazy to sell the loot, so its normally an isk drainer. Made some uber duber friends. Oh and, warp my frig fleet ontop of a smartbombing scorp.

I never complained about losing I escaped podding 3 times in a single night (amazing what what you learn in syndicate can help you in pure blind ) I never logged off in a battle before I always maintained my principles in EVE, in whatever situation I stumbled. I was one of the few people in SA who could hold everyone together. My charisma, command, and organization prowess got me standing invitations with everyone but the collective. i was one of SA/SE most respected leaders, and commanders. I killed a lot of peole by fighting wierd ways with odd stuff. I've never lost a Raven to a fair fight. Ever. I've lost scorps, apocs, and mega's to fair fights, but my ravens are always out numbered one to a bazzilion. go figure. I am Jack's broken moral compass. STILL trapped in eve limbo. maybe not for much longer...

Led the fleet on the night that pa declared war on FOE. Was part of FOE in it's prime. Took foyle out on a pirating trip Eve subscription currently cancelled

Took control of one of the first POS owned stations in Deklein. Have a consistent 4.1:1 kill ratio. Done some amazing industrial stuff that can't be discussed. Completed a 10/10 complex. Killed POS' Killed whole fleets of enemies without losing a battleship on numerous occasions while fighting even or more numbers. Solo Southern Fleet Commander for the NVA. Fleet Commander of Reikoku. Fleet Commander of BoB. Up until they changed the splash damage for missiles, I had killed as many RKK members as enemies. Got 10 research agents up and running. Got offered a t2 BPO from my agent but didn't realise I only had a week to collect instead of a month. Got to the final of the COLOSSUS Championships. Tried to wake Blacklight up while he has passed out drunk by shouting really loudly into Teamspeak... twice. Ran a successful BS building and selling program from my alt. Made a billion isk by doing no more than 1 hour of gameplay in the mornings before work for 2 months. Was made to wear SirMolle's piggy outfit... twice. Headhunted and hired some of the best players in the game to join RKK. Never been part of a fleet that lost a battle to CE. Never been part of a fleet when I haven't lost a BS in a battle against CE. Have a personal 5.5:1 kill ratio (happy with that considering I'm always primary target for the enemies). Never been in a corporation or alliance with Joshua Calvert. Never pirated for isk. Visited every region in the game. Lived in Curse before Curse Alliance. Flew every t1 ship in the game. Lost every t1 ship in the game. Fought a real 1 vs 1 BS battle (and lost). But you were sure we were friendly. Stood with the few that defended Immensea, if you can call it a defence. Lead a Fleet of 15 Xetic Ships (consisting of 6 Battleships, 1 Battlecruiser, 2 Cruisers and 6 Assorted Frigates) to relieve the Xetic Fleet besiged at Station at JV1V-D but the fleet never made it as it was engaged by the overwhelming ATUK/MASS Fleet that was camping the station and i died to someone making me gang leader after a ctd.. heh the list on that kill mail was long i can tell you. (I know most people think Xetic were all carebears, but there was a very small number of Pure PVPers in Xetic and we fought with every ship we could find but it wasnt enough NBSI Alliance know what i mean :P) Another Corp Gang consisting of 8 pilots, i scouted for a strike into PA space (before it broke up into PA and Xelas) causing 1.3 Billion isks worth of damage in one venture, all in tech 1 frigates just to rub it in :). Other acheivements: Constantly evade roaving, or static gate camps or persuers when im off doing Geurilla strikes on my Corps Enemies. Fought off a superior force on my own, which im still wondering how i did it. But i think my crowning achievement is gathering so much information on one corp that i could tell you what they slept in prior to war. -- I Shoot first, ask questions about your veldspar mining technique later

(only on the last days, but hell, it was fun) Killd a lot of BoB. Got killed a lot by BoB. Fighting BoB since 4 month now...(or more? I forgot) Made half billion (and kept my losses covered)in constant "under sige" conditions. Discovered the power of the durax :) Got 23 mill sp in 157 skills... Killed DigitalCommunist in a fight. Instrumental in bring down the dictatorship that was the Outer Ring Society and helped to set-up the fledgling NORAD. Successfully merged Tranquillity Drinkers Club into Black Nova Corp. Became COO of BNC to help the then CEO Ariakas run the corp. This is a position I still hold today 18 months later. Became NORADÆs Military / Fleet Commander, a position I held until BNC left the alliance. Instrumental, along with Blacklight and a couple of others, in turning NORAD into a multi-region alliance. ItÆs a shame it fell apart after BNC left. Joined BoB and learnt fast that BNC needed to improve if we were going to survive in Evolution and ReikokuÆs company. Along with the other BNC directors we changed the corp from being a 250-300 member alliance mega corp into a lean mean PvP corp. Helped bring down or dramatically change the following allianceÆs ORS RSA Fade Union NSA PA FA Personal battlefield achievements û Lead the 90+ NORAD fleet into the GNW. Lead countless ORS, NORAD, BNC and BoB fleets into all sorts of different engagements. Took out two JQA Scorpions in my Tempest solo (about the biggest rush IÆve had in Eve to date). Although my game time hasnÆt been as much as I would have liked over the last 6-8 months (IÆve had loads of RL stuff to sort), IÆve still enjoyed helping transform BNC into the corp that it is today. I was dead 20 secs later....still a good laugh and at least i went down fighting. By now newer and better looking productions have come out, and some of them deserve every bit of the attention they've gotten I'll be the first to say that. Also I've never used an alt for anything except a little hauling in early release, I hate the damn things =P Hmm and received one of the first Miner II bpc's from an event run by Nebulai that was lots of fun (it was a race but with riddles along the way, you had to solve the riddles to get clues to the next system). And lastly was in the gang that was the very first to finish a 10/10 complex. 4 of us in Battlecruisers took out the Serpentis end boss after some creative fitting and tactics, it took us hours but we did it all the same =D ____________________________________________________________________

I have been in "many" corps in the past year. All of these corps have been great, though for some reason I can't stay in one place too long. The most memorable corps I've been in are: * BNC (I've been in this corp 3 times now I believe, and keep coming back because they are a great bunch of guys [and girl: Krystal rocks ], who never take the game too seriously, while still managing to play very seriously) * Aus Corp (A corp that took in a poor empire carebear, and gave him his first experience in 0.0) * Omerta Syndicate (Still chat with these guys regularly, and had an absolute blast while I was a member) * and Venture Corp (Probably the BEST ORGANIZED corporation in Eve.) I have never cheated or declined an arranged 1 vs 1 fight. I've won a couple, but I've lost most I've never smacktalked the enemy, and still have respect for and from most of my enemies (I still lub ya Darko! and I hope to give you another oportuninty to shoot me again soon) I have never owned a battleship for longer than a week. I am a self-proclaimed frigate specialist. Have all race frigates lvl 5, and all frig related skills at a decent level. Surprisingly I seem to last longer in frigates in combat than when I fly larger ships I have donated over 200 million isk to new players, for no other reason than they were polite, and showed promise in the game (in 2 mil increments). I hope they invested the isk in skills and such. I always fly to have fun. I am a horrible excuse for a pirate, when I try to be one. Hopefully the next year will allow me to achieve more merrits for my actions, but I've learned a lot this year, and this game only gets better. idi ============ I do bad things ============

Have been a member of the best corp ingame since Dec 2003. Was part of the attempted assassination of the Amarrian Emperror way back after the Amarr championship. We crashed a node and his appearance was cancelled. I have been in very mememorable fights against some great foes. I had the chance to get to know some of the best guys in eve. I had the privalege to be a member of the Old School VOTF with Omaha and Deeco and 12xspeed and TIvian and many many more. Was called primary target in a fleet battle. HLW where SA warped on top of us, 30+ SA battleships bouncing off my hull as Aeryn Sun calls me primary and i see EVERYTHING turn red. Good times Grew up mentally ingame, started as the biggest smacktalker ever, but have now stopped that and treat everyone with respect. Got a hatemail from Homo Erectus for smacktalking him in DSS-EZ. We had 5 haulers, that hauled over 30 jumps back and forth in 0.0 without instas to a npc staton. We did this for about 10 hours. Only Me and one other corpmate made it back home when it was all done. Who is his goddamed main!? Lost the only ship to the first war i was in. An Apoc. When i couldnt use Large guns or repairers. Started running lvl4's solo in an Apoc. With 6m skillpoints. Joined Squirrels because they helped us fight them, taught me pvp and introduced me to Numberguy, and also because OcUK wouldn't join the alliance so it seemed only fair :) Rescued and recruited 2 other corps by wardec'ing the griefing corps and blowing them up. Started running anti pirate gangs into Mara & Passari. Tried to fight in Syndicate but had no idea who was good or bad, there were so many corps there. Killed Verone then assisted Fuglife, who was in CELES at the time, kill Parmizan in a Badger II in the same night. Then found out F-E and CELES were blue...oh dear :p Broke up several pirate snipesquads solo sometimes resulting in kills, for only 1 loss so far. Killed Torpedo2k in a 1v1. Still yet to do but dying to do it:- Kill Fuglife now he's in Snigg \o/ Get Ikvar to pimp my Geddon. Live in 0.0 and do some ratting/mining instead of just PVP/wait at safespot all the goddamed time. Be in a proper fleet battle where we win. Make a billion ISK. Make my gf pay for her own goddammed account for a change.

(this was back in feb/march of 04) i made a corp break up, the ceo created another corp after that to get revenge, that dissolved soon after also, my name is still in its corp description saying ill get you fugazii(or something along those lines). cant think of the corp name, cary was the founder tho. ive been a member of almost every major alliance(not all on this chara). the best by far was under duke droklar in c4, followed by ca, fe, then coalition of deklein(post bob's retreat, pre northern war was nice to. exodus was fun corp to be in) (edit)o ya forgot, ive been in bounty channel for almost 2 yrs now. sokhar come back to us!!!

Took the cloning station alone quite a few times in branch during the GNW :). 5) Fell asleep many time at the keys due to sleep depravation or drink induced. Woke up many times in pod, in cloning station and once had QWERTY printed on my head from the keys :). 6) Met a Jovian quite a few times, once when Deklein was getting recognised as a sovereign area by the Joves. 7) Took part in the colossus race after getting selected, and did well in my tristan against others in their ceptors which had not long apppeared {lol remember the guy that took part in his hauler, then he was ranting cos he had route settings on auto to avoid pod kill areas etc :), blamed it for lagging behind} 8) Did a few events in game , like confronting the angels when they attacked in DEK, and also trying to take out the Titan down south. 9) Had the fortune of being in DARKO frig fleets many times, including the infamous gang warp to the Smartbomb Scorpion and the warp to enemy POS with Buddrow. {luv u guys :)} 10) To be continued.... I ran a 40 member corporation for my first 5 months in game. Which to some isn't a hard feat but when you are just starting out it is difficult since you have no money and little to no skills. Most of the members are still playing because I did my best to help my members before myself. 2.I lasted 10 minutes in pvp in 2 vs 1 battleship fight. Doesn't sound like alot but when a raven and a scorp are attacking you and you are in a scorp yourself it can become difficult. To top it off it was my first experience with pvp and i only had 2.5mil sp. it was back when the scorp got a shield recharge bonus I was attacked my a damper laden scorp and a raven spamming torps. It was a good fight props go out to Ty*** and incubus25 whom i have attained mutual respect and still talk to despite being enemies at the time. 3.I tried to help start an alliance which failed but i met alot of people and made alot of friends in the process. Hell some people know me and i don't ever remember talking to them. 4. I have over 100 kills. I know it's not alot but for someone who isn't that good at pvp it's a start. Maybe when i get my computer moved into my new place i can work on 200 kills. But all in all it's been fun no matter what i've or anyone lese has done and i look forward to getting back in game and seeing the changes that the Cold War patch has brought about. -Aldari
